Scott Cleveland was born and raised on the East side of Washington State where he currently resides with his wife, Carol, two dogs and a cat. He joined the U.S. Air Force in the mid-1980’s and traveled extensively while assigned to a Combat Communications Squadron, specializing first in mobile radar maintenance and later network management and cryptographic systems. During that time he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Eastern Washington University, which spurred an interest in writing as a hobby culminating in this, the first book in the Pale Boundaries series.
