The Killing Depths by Martin Roy Hill - Martin Roy Hill is the author of the military mystery thriller, "The Killing Depths," and the award-wininng "Duty: Suspense and Mystery Stories from the Cold War and Beyond," a collection of new and previously published short stories. His freelance credits include Reader's Digest, LIFE, Newsweek, Omni, American History, Coast Guard Magazine, Retired Officer Magazine, the Los Angeles Times Sunday Opinion Section, and many more. Much of his freelance work involves historical topics, especially military history. He was a lead contributor to the 1995 WWII anthology, "From Pearl Harbor to Nagasaki: America at War," published by the Retired Officer Association (now called the Military Officer Association). Martin's short stories have appeared in such publications as Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine, Plan B Mystery Anthology, San Diego Magazine, and San Diego Writer's Monthly.
  2. The Covert Academy by Peter Laurent - Author Peter Laurent was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. He studied 3D animation in Auckland, then worked full-time in Mount Maunganui. Peter then formed his own company, Indiana Games Limited, and has been freelancing art and animation back in Auckland ever since. "The Covert Academy" is his first novel, borne of a passion for creative storytelling.

  4. Talent Storm - Brian Terenna grew up in Doylestown, PA. He is a Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Paranormal romance writer. His first fantasy novel is, "Talent Storm." He is also writing a book review blog. He is an avid chess player and meditates regularly. Some of his favorite authors are: Brandon Sanderson, Steven Erikson, Jim Butcher, and Mark Lawrence.
  5. The Lailly Worm - I'm an author living in East Hampton, Long Island, who spends at least as much time writing (and reading!) as I do on our glorious beaches or in our art galleries, shops, and restaurants. (Lots more than in our shops! But I like to take my wife, Robin.) My lifelong love has been stories with gripping plots driven by logic, heroes and heroines driven by impassioned values and desires, and places and action and dialogue that carry me away to "the homeland of my soul." Nothing brings these together like a battle for justice, a struggle for love and the fulfillment of sexual passion, the obsessive need to understand a mystery, a problem, a threat. My first novel, "The Price of Hannah Blake," will be followed soon by more novels, a second book of poetry, and a collection of essays and stories. I grew up on a farm in Massachusetts, but I've spent my career in New York City as a writer, publishing more than 100 articles, essays, and stories and helping foundations, museums, hospitals, schools, conservation organizations, and all sorts of other good causes with my writing talents. With this experience, and my long love affair with poetry (you can find my book, "Touched By Its Rays" on Amazon), I think you will find I am a stylist whose writing will be a pleasure to read--and will take you into places, characters, and the heart of action in a way that will make the pages fly by.
  6. Deep Blue Secret by Christie Anderson - Christie Anderson has gone from a BA degree in Latin American studies at Brigham Young University, to pizza delivery driver, flight attendant, and office manager, to finally finding her true passion in writing. She enjoys movies, books, and being outside in the sunshine whenever possible. She misses the ocean like crazy, but is terrified of waves. She loves music and animals, and she's dabbled in photography, drawing, and golf (although that doesn't mean she's any good at it). She's still trying to convince herself she likes to cook. Christie grew up in Southern California and recently moved to Colorado with her husband. Visit her Web site at www.christieanderson.org "Every once in a while I come across a writer that is such a great storyteller, I can't put the book down. I forget where I am, what time it is, and if there's anyone around me... Christie Anderson is such a writer." ~Karen Hoover, Author of The Wolfchild Saga
  7. Magic of Public Speaking: A Complete System to Become a World Class Speaker - Andrii Sedniev, MBA, is the founder and trainer of the Magic of Public Speaking system, which has helped hundreds of speakers worldwide to unleash their potential in public speaking in a very short period of time. Andrii's students say that the Magic of Public Speaking system is the most complete and powerful public speaking training that they have ever experienced. At the age of 19, Andrii obtained his CCIE (Certified Cisco Internetwork Expert) certification, the most respected certification in the IT world and became the youngest person in Europe to hold it. At the age of 23, he joined an MBA program at one of the top 10 MBA schools in the USA. Being the youngest student on the program and at the age of 25 he joined Cisco Systems' Head Office as a Product Manager responsible for managing a router which brought in $1 billion in revenue every year. These experiences have taught Andrii that success in any endeavor, doesn't as much depend on the amount of experience, but rather on the processes that you are using. Having dedicated over 10 years to researching and practicing a variety of different techniques, Andrii has created the Magic of Public Speaking system. This system is a comprehensive step-by-step program that will enable you to achieve in 2 months what most speakers never achieve in 10 years.
  8. Dogs Aren’t Men - Dr. Billi Tiner lives with her husband, two children, three dogs, and three cats in Missouri. Dr. Tiner is a sports enthusiast and avid reader. She also enjoys spending time outdoors gardening and hiking. Dr. Tiner has written four middle-grader books: Welcome Home (2012 Next Generation Indie Award Finalist), Heart of a Hero, Friends for Life, and The Rescue Team. She is also the author of the young adult western series: Bounty Hunter: The Beginning (2013 Readers' Favorite Finalist) and Bounty Hunter: The Reputation.
  9. THE HARLEQUIN FILES RESONANCE KEY BY OWEN NEWPORT - All my life I have created stories. I see a story in just about everything. To me life is a fantasy story filled with hero's and villain's. I listen to other people's life stories and enjoy their tales. When I left school I wanted to find the story of how we began. I wanted to find the tale that explained our knowledge, our religion and our past. I wanted to learn it all so I set out to study Philosophy. Through the years I absorbed various ideas from scholars both philosophical and scientific. I often took those ideas and crafted stories that contained my own philosophical ideology, and used role playing to share those stories with a small band of friends. Eventually that small group developed into a larger group and I found myself spending more time storytelling than studying. Then the stories fell silent... Ten years later the desire to story tell has returned. This time its different...
  10. Kick Your Fat in the Nuts - Like most natural health experts, T.C. Hale (aka Tony Hale) began his career in stand-up comedy. Touring professionally as a comic for nearly a decade, he never envisioned that he would one day teach the world how to sleep, poop, and even lose weight. On Valentine's Day, 2004, Tony lost his voice and it never came back. After twenty-three doctors couldn't figure out the problem, Tony decided it was time to dig for his own answers. Eight years later, not only did Tony figure out his own issues, he also happened upon hidden information about how to improve countless other health problems. Though Tony likes to boast about the fact that he holds no legitimate credentials (nor does he believe that we need any more "experts" from the same pool of knowledge already failing so many with health issues), he is greatly respected by his peers in the natural health industry. The biggest manufacturers in the health, fitness and organic products industries send Tony their products every year in hopes of winning one of his GearAwards. Beyond working with many celebrity clients, Tony is on the executive board of The Coalition For Health Education, a nonprofit association that helps professionals and their clients learn about health through nutrition. Additionally, Tony teaches monthly webinars about nutrition to doctors, nutritionists and other health care professionals from more than thirty-five countries. You can also find Tony producing documentaries like, WHY AM I SO FAT? A film that teaches the truth about weight loss while showcasing Tony's client, Gabe Evans, who lost 200 pounds in 9 ½ months by treating Tony's word as gospel.
  11. The Coach House by Florence Osmund - Florence Osmund grew up in an old Victorian home in Illinois, complete with a coach house, the same house she used as inspiration for her first two books. 14. Human No Longer - About Kathryn Meyer Griffith... Since childhood I’ve always been an artist and worked as a graphic designer in the corporate world and for newspapers for twenty-three years before I quit to write full time. But I’d already begun writing novels at 21, over forty years ago now, and have had eighteen (ten romantic horror, two romantic SF horror, one romantic suspense, one romantic time travel, one historical romance and three murder mysteries) previous novels, two novellas and twelve short stories published from Zebra Books, Leisure Books, Avalon Books, The Wild Rose Press, Damnation Books/Eternal Press and Amazon Kindle Direct. I’ve been married to Russell for almost thirty-five years; have a son, James, and two grandchildren, Joshua and Caitlyn, and I live in a small quaint town in Illinois called Columbia, which is right across the JB Bridge from St. Louis, Mo. We have three quirky cats, ghost cat Sasha, live cats Cleo and Sasha (Too), and the five of us live happily in an old house in the heart of town. Though I’ve been an artist, and a folk singer in my youth with my brother Jim, writing has always been my greatest passion, my butterfly stage, and I’ll probably write stories until the day I die…or until my memory goes. 15. How I Gorilla-Marketed my e-Books to Number 3; Still Damn Funny. Seriously. by Glen Stanford - I'm told that an author bio will help me sell books. Here's me with the gray beard and ukulele (from 21 Days) and the best "police lineup" expression that I can muster. The advice book says that readers want to know that they are hearing from a qualified expert, and my headshot should look friendly and professional. Check. Personally, I hate author bio pics. Reading is theater of the mind, and I would rather imagine what the author looks like than have his real life image etched in my brain. Now you won't be able to get the goofy beard out of your head. Scratching your eyes out won't help. Trust me on that one.

Bell began writing, first poetry and then short stores. Her mother, Joyce, longed to be a published author long before the digital revolution made it easier to do so. Her mother, along with her sister, Terry, and daughter, Rachel, all passed from this life without being able to share their writing talents publicly. 27. To Dare A Future: A Novel of Rage - Born in Wales, Dave Franklin published his first story in a fishing magazine at the age of sixteen. He emigrated to Australia in 1999 and made his living as a reporter, earning the distinction of being sacked twice by the same Perth-based newspaper group. He then spent nearly three years teaching English in Korea, during which the mortality rate of the children under his care remained at an impressive zero. He now teaches ESL to adults in Brisbane, helping (among others) Thai Lady Boys get to grips with their past participles. The major theme of Dave's small, character-driven stories is alienation, the symptoms of which include male immaturity, misogyny, dysfunction, violence, self-destruction and a childish glee in winding up the politically correct. There are no car chases or explosions in his books; instead he prefers outlandish sex scenes while focusing on exasperated loners full of doubt. People who like his work tend to see its humour (and disdain for his own characters) whereas his harshest critics take everything at face value. Indeed, some observers would argue that the highlight of his writing career, which has seen him produce five novels, remains being published in a fishing magazine.
