His love for music grew and still remains to this day as does his desire to release a solo album in the future.On the path to achieving a degree in pharmacy, Paul discovered a great interest in English Literature where he focused on masterpiece tragedies and works such as those written by Shakespeare, Chaucer, and Poe. Little was known that this would spark a fire of inspiration to jump into the world of writing where creative minds blossom and run free. His career took over a decade long hiatus but was blessed with two beautiful princesses who are his everything. The urge to continue with his dream led to the release of two latest projects in the same year, both stemming from an Evangelical Christian background. The author’s faith in God remains strong and he entrusts his life, children and career in His hands. It was my outlet when I couldn’t breathe, and my safety rope when I was drowning. We don’t get to pick our story in life. Usually the story picks you. The words spoken by King David’s son King Solomon in Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 Verses 1 to 8 in the Holy Bible have always inspired me. As I reflected on those words I formed a picture of my own life which ties back up with those words.
Each Chapter of the book deals with one verse and you will read from my experiences that we are each here for a reason. Coming up with the title was easy.
“Your time is now”. It is as simple as that. Your time is now to realize that “we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” Rick Warren said those words I quoted, in one of his books. We are here on earth preparing for eternity. Our time is now to ensure that we qualify to live forever with Our Lord and Saviour.
When we were born we came with nothing except a body and soul. When we die we leave with only our souls. Our souls are not our minds. Our minds are only concerned with survival on earth. The Soul belongs to God and the Soul will give an account of our life here on earth to God. Our Souls will be our answer books. Do we want to pass the test to enter into Eternal Life?
The time is definitely now to make changes in our life. The result will be two-fold. We will leave in a peaceful world for the short time we are here on earth, and we will live forever in God’s Kingdom.

History is generally taught in terms of placing events in a timeline. A particular event occurred on such-and-such date, and the course of humankind is diverted to one direction or another. While this is fine when studying the course of history in general, unaddressed are the men and women whose lives are inevitably changed in the process. That is where the real history lies, in the individual stories.
During World War II, Great Britain would have seemed to be the logical place to house European prisoners, simply due to its proximity to the battlefield. The problem with housing POWs there, however, was the ease with which those prisoners could have easily been armed again. A flight of bombers loaded with small arms could fly over a camp one evening, drop those weapons to men below who could quickly overpower their captors, and all of a sudden Great Britain would have been invaded from within. Housing POWs there was an easy answer, but not the wise one.
When the U.S. entered the war in 1941, it became the best place to house prisoners. Thousands of miles away from the front lines, it was the furthest away and separated from belligerents by oceans on both sides. Over the course of the war, over 400,000 prisoners of war were held in nearly all 50 states, and the treatment they received here was usually better than their American counterparts could expect abroad. These prisoners often worked in the same areas as American civilians, and in some cases, side by side. Interesting, however, is the fact that many people don’t know this little tidbit of American history. It’s just not mentioned, not out of shame, but more due to its insignificance when considered with all the other facets of the war and the times. Additionally, the people who were adults at the time, or nearing adulthood, are now gone. With them go the individual stories, the stories of people who kept and were kept.
This is one of those stories. Seventeen year old Markus Goethe, a young soldier of the Wehrmacht, finds his live forever changed after D-Day.

A DC native, Otessa has fond memories of its grunge-era. Her teen years were spent serenaded by Morrissey, with much singing into her hairbrush and creating new and marvelous mischief with her best friend. She remembers mix-tapes and Sassy magazines… missing the last Metro, and getting stuck miles from payphones. Her youth was full of teen magic. …and she remembers it as though in Super 8: warm and soft… and potentially set to Donovan music.
These are the things she tries to express in her writing and filmmaking.
(Most known for award-winning “Orange Juice in Bishop’s Garden”, which is all about teens growing up/getting down/coming out in the 90s. Currently writing a 70s-inspired SF story, told through the eyes of a young girl.)

Otessa Ghadar is the creator and director of web series “Orange Juice in Bishop’s Garden,” which follows the lives of D.C. teens growing up and getting down in the 1990’s. Ghadar completed her Graduate Film studies, at Columbia University’s Film school in NYC. “Orange Juice in Bishop’s Garden” started as her MFA Thesis, and grew from there.
Returning to her D.C. roots, the series is an example of “writing what you know.” It is inspired by memories of Ghadar’s own teenage years in D.C. — part recollection, part urban legend, and part pure fiction. Ghadar continued “Orange Juice in Bishop’s Garden” in 2008 to focus on the other side of our nation’s capital, and to occasionally lure Jack & Jill off the Hill.Currently in its 7th season, the series has been named an Official Honoree of the 2012 Webby Awards, and has won a 2011 Telly Award, one 2012 LA Web Fest award, two 2011 LA Web Series Festival Awards (for Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Cinematography in a Drama Series), and received a 2010 Indie Intertube Ensemble Drama Award nomination, in addition to a nomination for “Outstanding Ensemble” in the 2nd annual Indie Soap awards.
