Paul began writing in 1998, shortly after the birth of his daughter. His first short story, Amy, was written in November of that year, but went unpublished until November of 2013. That was when Paul found the courage to publish.Despite the 15 year lag, Paul has written many unpublished works throughout the years. Linear Shift, Part 1 (September/2013) was his first published story, and was the kick off to his four part serial novel. Part 2 followed up in December of 2013, and Part 3 is planned for a May/2014 release.
Aside from his Linear Shift series, a number of Paul’s short stories have been included in anthologies. Amy, was included in “Something To Read On The Ride”. Lookout Mountain and Gold Rush were both included in “Something For The Journey”. His short story Alone has been submitted to another anthology, but has yet to be published.
When not writing, Paul is hard at work in the field of architecture. He has been in the field of design since 1992, and loves what he does. He lives with his wife and daughter in Littleton, Colorado, where he was born and raised.

And those are just the things I’ve done professionally. Just for fun, I took up figure skating at 21, marathon running at 31, body building at 34, painting at 36 and acting at 38. It’s been a wild ride so far, and I’m just getting started!

I eventually came to realize that far beyond common stories, I was actually searching for a common voice. A universal voice I’ve come to call it.

I even managed to keep myself from inadvertently roundhouse-kicking anyone in the face in my excitement. (There may have been an excitable plié or two.)
These days, I spend my time working with science fiction writers and indie authors of all kinds to produce quality books that stand up to their traditionally published competition. Jennifer enjoys working on characters for her short stories, and plot
lines while sipping coffee in Central Park on her favorite bench. She
claims that the buzz of people around her contributes to her
creativity. Other favorite places to compose stories include Grand
Central Terminal, riding the Metro during off-peak times, and in the
lobby of the Plaza Hotel.
Oftentimes, she is inspired by people she interacts with or observesout in the world, and very much incorporates scenarios and
characteristics into her writing. Sometimes, story lines occur
naturally, as though the universe is giving her a present. Other
times, she struggles for days or weeks to map out a story.
To combat writer’s block and other common ails that seem to plagueartists, Jennifer turns to long walks and of course, chocolate. The
best walks are those where she gets on a train and randomly selects a
stop. Many surprising shops and late-night diners (and characters, for
that matter) have been discovered this way.
Jennifer loves New York City, and all of the people that find refugehere. She maintains close friendships with those she grew up with, and
is very active with her local writer’s group. Her hobbies include
traveling to far-flung destinations to soak up local culture, and she
has never missed an opportunity to try out her skills as an aspiring
photographer.
