Now there are workends: Four hour work stoppages every thirty-six days. The Corporations are nothing if not efficient. People are judged by marks such as Corporate status, the size and class of their residence and by how much “stuff” they have in their display chambers. And this information is all very public and available for viewing on the HRN. Government still exists but is a small and meaningless footnote in a very large Corporate world. People now pledge allegiance to their Corporation.
Aaron is more than happy with his life like this. He’s thankful to his Corporation for all it has given him. For all of the stuff that he and his wife have been able to accumulate. They were given this life by the Corporation. And they are forever loyal for it.

I am married to Penni, and the father of Chris and grandfather to three grandsons, Austan, Ethan and Corbin. Raised in the high mountains of scenic northern New Mexico, Cristael Bengtson grew up riding horseback in the mountain forests and meadows surrounding the small village of Pecos, where her parents owned and operated a small power and telephone company. At the age of 17, she had a visionary experience of a loving and luminous Great Light.Married when she was 18, Cristael became the mother of two sons that she raised as a single mom. She earned BA degrees in music education and elementary education, going on to earn her Master of Arts in elementary education with a focus on the reading process.
For two years she taught music in Sandoval County, at that time the third poorest county in the nation. She then became an elementary classroom teacher, teaching mainly third grade. During this time she studied voice intensively, and developed a lyric coloratura soprano voice.
After her sons left home, Cristael left teaching and took care of her mother until she passed on.

Seven years ago, a great and positive change occurred in my life.
After years of unhealthy and unbalanced diet, my body started screaming for help:
I gained fat, became frustrated and felt sick and tired most of the time.

the damage gluten and sugar causes our body, the consequences of the consumption of wheat, how important it is to cleanse our body from all the toxins we gain in the western, industrial world, and especially i got to know with delicious, natural and healthy ingredients nature has given us so there is no need to consume processed and industrial food that in fact, not only does not beneficial but is harmful.
Because I really love to cook, i began a process of trial and error in my kitchen, groceries changed and I started to develop delicious recipes, easy and healthy: less sugar and wheat and more fruits, vegetables and use of feed commodities.
i was surprised to see how easy and delicious it was!
The results were immediate:
My stomach became flatter by the day, i lost the extra pounds and I started to feel healthy and full of vitality. friends started asking me questions about health and diet, asking me to share my recipes and telling me how following my recipes helped them lose weight and feel healthier.
I started getting positive feedback; friends and acquaintances began to ask me for my recipes, asking questions about health and nutrition, and returned to tell about losing pounds and feeling great.
It was amazed by the instant results!
I am grateful for the change i made and I am happy to share with you my insights and experience I have gained on the way to a healthy diet and a slim figure.
