Being a business owner carries an enormous responsibility and work load. The problems you have do not go away when you go to sleep or try to take a vacation. Your business has to be run, the show must go on, and you often have to step in and do things yourself. Without the knowledge and wisdom that I needed, I was working 80 hours per week and found myself drained. I eventually sold the business and never looked back. Even though it had been my dream, it actually felt great to be free from it!
Next, before deciding what my next business venture would be, I knew that I needed to learn as much as possible. I soon realized that I had been limiting my thinking to the traditional brick-and-mortar business world, and my eyes were opened to the world of online business! I would not have to pay overheads like rent and utilities, no commute to work, smaller staff, and I could take time off whenever I wanted to! Now this was my real dream come true!
I soon found that the online world can be extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. This is why I started the Online Business Buddy website and Business Buddy Books. It took me years to learn how to successfully build an online business and I would have loved to have had some sort of guide at the beginning of my endeavour. This is what I am giving to you: the information that I wish I had when I started out.

I wanted to run my own show and call the shots, without someone above me saying no. As a young woman, I began teaching music from home and enjoying the benefits of working for myself. This was a great experience, but it gave me the desire for a substantial business venture of my own.
At age 23, I opened the doors to my own store and became a business owner – my dream had come true! It was a lot of fun, and quite scary because of the risk involved. I had to pay rent, hire employees, buy and sell products, and so on. It was extremely interesting and fun, but also very exhausting. Being a business owner carries an enormous responsibility and work load. The problems you have do not go away when you go to sleep or try to take a vacation. Your business has to be run, the show must go on, and you often have to step in and do things yourself. Without the knowledge and wisdom that I needed, I was working 80 hours per week and found myself drained. I eventually sold the business and never looked back. Even though it had been my dream, it actually felt great to be free from it!
Next, before deciding what my next business venture would be, I knew that I needed to learn as much as possible. I soon realized that I had been limiting my thinking to the traditional brick-and-mortar business world, and my eyes were opened to the world of online business! I would not have to pay overheads like rent and utilities, no commute to work, smaller staff, and I could take time off whenever I wanted to! Now this was my real dream come true!
I soon found that the online world can be extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. This is why I started the Online Business Buddy website and Business Buddy Books. It took me years to learn how to successfully build an online business and I would have loved to have had some sort of guide at the beginning of my endeavour. Being a business owner carries an enormous responsibility and work load. The problems you have do not go away when you go to sleep or try to take a vacation. Your business has to be run, the show must go on, and you often have to step in and do things yourself. Without the knowledge and wisdom that I needed, I was working 80 hours per week and found myself drained. I eventually sold the business and never looked back. Even though it had been my dream, it actually felt great to be free from it!
Next, before deciding what my next business venture would be, I knew that I needed to learn as much as possible. I soon realized that I had been limiting my thinking to the traditional brick-and-mortar business world, and my eyes were opened to the world of online business! I would not have to pay overheads like rent and utilities, no commute to work, smaller staff, and I could take time off whenever I wanted to! Now this was my real dream come true!
I soon found that the online world can be extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. This is why I started the Online Business Buddy website and Business Buddy Books. It took me years to learn how to successfully build an online business and I would have loved to have had some sort of guide at the beginning of my endeavour. This is what I am giving to you: the information that I wish I had when I started out.

Hi everyone!
First off thank you for checking out my book and secondly thank you for taking the time to checking out my Author page!
So a bit about me… Years ago, in my teenage years, I got into working out just to look good. Back then health and eating was not so much of a concern to me. I got very good results quickly but just as quickly plateaued and had trouble making any significant gains from that point on. Back then what I didn’t know was how important nutrition was.
When I started to focus on nutrition I struggled finding the right foods to eat. And around that same time I became a personal trainer and if I was going to teach others, I knew I needed to learn it for myself first. With my increased knowledge I began seeing significant results in weight loss and lean muscle gains.
I applied what I learned with my clients and I loved seeing their progress and improvements just as much as I enjoyed seeing my own progress. This passion carried me to where I am today. My goal is to share what I know to educate and motivate as many people as I can.
Changing the way you eat to eating healthier foods is extremely important to improving your health, changing your body and improving your life.
