Millions of people around the world have used EFT tapping, many with remarkable results, so when it doesn’t work, why not? The catchall phrase is ‘resistance’ but it’s been my experience that this isn’t always true.

It is for those people who are familiar with EFT, who’ve used it and have hit a hurdle with tapping but are willing to back up a little, perhaps learn something new or think about an issue in a different way, and set yourself free.
It’s not that you’re an EFT failure. It’s not that EFT doesn’t work. It’s not that EFT stops working. You may have picked up some unhelpful habits when you learned EFT, and they are what this book seeks to address.
Hello, I’m Rhys Bendith. I don’t have credentials or expert training in the vast areas of mental health. However, I have had direct and personal experience of living with someone who has complex mental and emotional health challenges, and I’ve seen and experienced so many brilliant instances where EFT helped me and others thrive where nothing else did. Within these pages the focus is on how tapping advice traps for the unwary can lead to problems of their own.
I first came across EFT in 1998, and I’ve been using it ever since. I’ve read hundreds of thousands of words on the subject, created an extensive personal library, watched countless videos, taken a few courses, and at times felt as if I was a total tapping failure.
It didn’t help that, as an open source and still-growing therapy, a lot of what I was reading and seeing (and trying) was at times confusing, unhelpful, poorly thought out, or in the best interests of the person selling the course or advice.
So, if you’re one of the many people who think tapping has failed you, or you’ve failed tapping, please think again. You can thrive. You can set yourself free.

Rhys Bendith has been using EFT Tapping since 1998. It has, over the years and decades, assisted enormously in a variety of personal endeavours. As a previously overweight, overworked, and stressed adviser to banks, a national marketing manager for a large financial services provider, and later a business consultant to clients in over 100 industries in several countries, EFT helped him through the transition from value-adding to a values-driven career in education and self help, with profound health and mindset changes along the way.

A lifelong interest in education that counts followed, and Rhys wrote courses for a government department assisting to re-skill the long-term unemployed, as well as working on an incubator project to assist unemployed people launch and manage their own business ventures.

Rhys spent four years overseas developing courses, modern management guidelines, and writing textbook materials on language acquisition for non-English language learners, from kindergarten to university levels.

The bulk of the collection is from World War Two, with a smaller number from World War One. Chapters have been organized to represent different themes. They include such things as encouraging people to buy war bonds, motivating workers in factories to produce more armaments and other war necessities, warning soldiers about the dangers of venereal diseases, creating a patriotic fervor among the populace and, of course, demonizing the enemy. Posters were placed in places such as factories, post offices, train stations, schools, restaurants, and stores.

The main purpose of this series is to foster an appreciation for the art and the artists that created these remarkable posters. Competitions were held among government agencies, which would then choose the best designs. The artists were not compensated for their work, but perhaps saw it as their patriotic contribution to the war effort.

He could feel the adrenaline pumping through his veins during the chase scenes and chill of suspense clenching his spine during the tense moments. All this happened despite the fact that he already knew what the twists and reveals were, from watching the movie. After reading the book, he couldn’t stand the movie again as he felt so much of the entertaining stuff was left out of it. Rovin claims that The Da Vinci Code is the best book he has read and perhaps ever will read. he now believed that, books are in fact better than movies!

Da Vinci code inspired him to write his first short story titled, Perspective. He used non-linear story telling just like his favorite book. He realized that he thoroughly enjoyed the process of writing thrillers. During his vacations, a trip planned with friends to Mahabaleswar was cancelled. It was about this time a thriller movie called NH 10 was releasing. This got him thinking what if something like NH 10 would have happened to them during their trip. This got him to write his first book titled, Mahabaleshwar, which was also the first ebook he published.

Just one week after him publishing Mahabaleswar, on Amazon, the pen to publish contest was announced. Rovin desperately wanted to be a part of this competition but the rules prevented entries of any book published before the announcement of the competition. Now, out of option, he decided to publish a second book for the competition. Now he planned to complete his book within one month so that he could use the remaining time for marketing the book. This was also the time his engineering assignments were coming due and exams lurking around the corners. Everyday he would go to college from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., coming home and completing his assignments and studies till 12 a.m. and devoting the hours 12 a.m. to 2 p.m. for writing his novel. After 31 days of this schedule, he finally completed his second novel, his master piece, ‘Angel of Death’.

Rhys Bendith has been using EFT Tapping since 1998. It has, over the years and decades, assisted enormously in a variety of personal endeavours. As a previously overweight, overworked, and stressed adviser to banks, a national marketing manager for a large financial services provider, and later a business consultant to clients in over 100 industries in several countries, EFT helped him through the transition from value-adding to a values-driven career in education and self help, with profound health and mindset changes along the way.

Dr. Mel Ona is double Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Ona completed an advanced endoscopy fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at The Brooklyn Hospital Center (clinical affiliate: Mount Sinai Hospital) where he also served as chief GI fellow during his third year. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn (formerly Lutheran Healthcare) in New York where he served as Chief Resident during his PGY-3 year. Mel graduated with an M.D. from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2009.

Prior to medical school, he earned a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism with a Specialization in Physiology from the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. On a freezing, snowy night, I was delivered into this world by my father, Olan David Sandel, in a one
room shack in Leon County, Texas. The local physician, Dr. Powell, couldn’t make it to the house to do
the delivery, but I was safe in the arms of my dad, an Army veteran and sharecropper. He raised cattle,
hogs, horses and other animals and had helped with the deliveries of their babies any time they were
having trouble. The goal was always the same–get the new born out alive and well. He did that for me
that frigid, fateful night.
My family moved to Houston when I was seven, and I spent all my school years on the north side of
the Bayou City, graduating from Sam Houston High School in 1957. I chose Drafting School over
college and completed it early, then immediately started a job with Commonwealth Services, building a
pipeline in Canada. After a short stint there, I joined the US Navy, going to radio school, then boarded
the aircraft Carrier USS Hancock for a tour of the Far East. After arriving at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu
for shore duty, I had hours to read and fell in love with books. After my discharge, I returned to
Houston and started working at Southwestern Bell, which became AT&T, from which I retired after 20
years as District Manager Business Controls.
Later, I earned my license in real estate and started my own company, Charles Sandel Realty, which
I own and operate to this day.
I gained inspiration from four women in my life. The first was my mother, Willie Esther Sandel, who
sent me to first grade in Leona with the ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. She
also demanded that I treat my teachers and peers with respect. Her favorite expression was “the pen is
mightier than the sword.”
The second was my baby sister, Patricia Ann, who was five years younger than me, but twice as
smart. The third was Louisa May Alcott, author of Little Women and Little Men. The fourth was
Margaret Mitchell, author of Gone With the Wind. All these women perceived love as the most
important and powerful positive force in the world. They helped me believe the advancement of
human culture works best when people love each other.
After Patricia died of colon cancer at the age of 58, I wanted to do something to memorialize her
strong desire to strive to always do the right thing. The memory of my sister’s personality inspired the
title character in my novel. I hope the story does justice to Patricia’s keen spirit and motivates my
grandchildren to work to achieve the highest goals. As part of the effort to honor her, I pledge to
donate 5% of the net income from the sale of this book to the American Cancer Society.
My nephew, Kevin Cochran, Patricia’s only child, helped me finish the final chapter of the story
upstairs in my home in Katy, Texas, while Hurricane Harvey flooded the rooms downstairs. On that
night, the water wasn’t the only thing rising. Samantha was rising. May she continue her ascent as
long as her story of strength and perseverance inspires the people who read it.

First, thank you for reading this and getting to know me a bit more. You’ll find that I’m pretty raw at this whole author thing. I’ve been writing since November 2017 and coincidentally published my first November 2018. I hadn’t really written any fiction up to that point.

You might wonder how I got started then?

It isn’t some magical moment or literary genius that bonked me on the head. Nope, it’s quite a bit more mundane than that. I started reading this genre called LitRPG (Gamelit is the parent genre), which basically combines MMORPG with Science Fiction & Fantasy. Cool, right?

Yep, I thought it was too. Basically, I started by joining a ton of groups, mailing lists, and Discord servers talking to readers, authors, and professionals in the industry. It got to the point where I’d continually bounce ideas around until one day I realized that I had more than enough ideas to create my own world and characters.

Then I just buckled down, picked up a copy of Scrivener and went to work. The rest is probably boring to most of you, but that’s the gist of it and here we are!

By day I am a cyber security analyst and father of two beautiful girls and a little boy on the way! My wife and I are excited/anxious to have a boy in the family and looking forward to new adventures.
