About I.F.C.U Where is Johanna Blake? Part 1 by CJ Hask

The major governments of the world have unveiled a new law enforcement branch. Its name is the International Federal Crime Unit, and its purpose is to act independently in dealing with harsh and violent crimes within its territories. Eight of the most powerful countries gathered a list of a hundred thousand trainees within themselves each. Building a new multi-million-dollar facility in Canada’s Arctic Bay area, was the perfect way of hiding in plain sight, as the snow camouflaged the newly built facility. A representative from each country, would form a special council that would be I.F.C.U’s governing internal body; while the countries themselves would act as the external body, and would only step in to help if it is needed.

These eight countries which consists of the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Israel and France; signed a group treaty amongst themselves that sees each government unable to go up against one another for any possible reason. They also left the option open to allow other nations to join as long as their intentions met the conditions of the overall council body.

On its first day of official business, I.F.C.U intercepts a strange call from a family vacationing in the U.S; the family, a British middle-class well to do type, discovers on the second day of their vacation in Los Angeles, California; that their twenty-two-year-old daughter Johanna Blake is missing. As the call was made to the local LAPD, naturally they would be on the scene first. However, due to a higher authority, their officers would never be dispatched. Lead councilman for the I.F.C.U Dieter Adler, holds a quick meeting with the other council members and decides to take on the case, as it sounded very strange and right up their agents ally.

Agent Sara Mason, and her partner Brady Kim (Kim Lee Jung) are summoned to the council’s conference room. Upon assessment of the two agents, it was fully agreed upon that they would depart for Los Angeles to interview and investigate the disappearance of Johanna. Mason and Kim discovered more than they could’ve hoped for, as a mysterious caller contacts Mr. Blake.
