The book almost always is in the top 100 ranking in Indian writing category.
Her use of language is much like the English Renaissance period but it effectively depicts the Indian-ness of her characters. Her writings resemble the simplicity of “Malgudy days” according to a comment by a reader. They are a journey back to Hrishikesh Mukherjee or a Basu Chaterjee movie which were generally feel-good family dramas.
Her upcoming book, “Secret ….know more,” reflects her reflections on life.
Anita is also compiling a memoir of anecdotes on practical approach to minimize burnout and stress while caring for and understanding the needs of an Alzheimer’s or a dementia patient at home.
