Geo Gosling was born in 1970 in Deer Park, CA which is very near the world famous Napa Valley. He attended the University of California, at Davis and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fermentation Science. His first job out of school was in the laboratory of Grgich Hills Cellars in Rutherford, CA. After one harvest there, he became the Cellar Master/Assistant Winemaker at Flora Springs Wine Co. While attending UC Davis he became an avid bicycle rider. He continued riding bicycles after graduating but also started racing them. One fine day after work, Geo went on a bicycle ride. On the way home, just as it was getting dark, Geo tested a law of physics. The law which states that two pieces of matter cannot occupy the same space at the same time. Geo and his bicycle was one piece of matter, the other piece was a pick-up truck. Geo proved, without a doubt that the law is, in fact, a law which cannot be broken.

He received a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), plus a lot of broken bones. His bicycle helmet saved his life, there is no doubt. As it was, he was in the hospital for 14 weeks. That’s 14 weeks of really bad food. After he was released from the hospital, he wrote a book about all of the trials and tribulations he has to endure as a result of having an injured brain. He has now written another book on the continuing trials and tribulations of living with an injured brain.

He has now written a novel. It is the first book in the new “Polisarcasmedy” genre. That is POLItical SARCAStic coMEDY (Poly sarkas medy). The author made up that genre because his novel didn’t fit into any established genre and he was becoming really annoyed when asked what genre his book was in. It is kind of a spoof on books in general and does not follow any established “rules” of writing.

Steve Kittner was born and raised in Elkview, West Virginia and spent his youth running up and down the muddy banks of the Elk River; fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and doing the things that river kids do. What was presented to the world about Tibetan Buddhism, actions and intentions to benefit all sentient beings, and holy men in crimson robes committed to peace, seemed to be a good fit, in 1992, for the authors’ personalities, altruism, and their continuous uplifting of others. Until, that is, the dark underbelly of Tibetan Buddhism tried to swallow them.

Many previous authors have written about the harm done by Tibetan ‘Lamaism’ (known as Buddhism), and the hidden agenda behind the Dalai Lama’s message of Wisdom, Compassion and Love, but in this memoir the Rubbos bring an urgency to their testimony, updating other’s warnings with their personal experiences.

It was the hand of God, the authors came to realize, that plucked them out in November of 2006, and it has taken them more than ten years to write this exposé on the violent roots of Lamaism, which is a cult of priest-worship founded on the shamanic, indigenous sorcery of Bön, and the subjugating tantric sex rituals of Hinduism, lightly covered over by a veneer of Buddhism. There’s so much of stress and anxiety in the world today and people are finding it so difficult to cope with. I wanted to make a series of books that could help place people in a meditative state to assist them. That sparked the creation of the, Meditations for the sky series.

My wife, Serenity and I, simply love one of our teddy-bear puppies named, Conan. He’s one of the cutest puppies ever. For us, creating the Paw Prints of Conan the King series with its moral lessons and values is so special because we want to help our little one as well as many other little ones learn moral life lessons and values when they are young.

Yenpri Laypil currently lives in South Africa, with his wife, Serenity Peterson, their child and pet, Conan, the King.

Author Bio:
Rachel Grant worked for over a decade as a professional archaeologist and mines her experiences for storylines and settings, which are as diverse as excavating a cemetery underneath an historic art museum in San Francisco; surveying an economically depressed coal mining town in Kentucky; and mapping a seventeenth century Spanish and Dutch fort on the island of Sint Maarten in the Netherlands Antilles.

In all her travels and adventures as an archaeologist, Rachel has found many sites and artifacts, but she’s only found one true treasure, her husband, David. They met while working together excavating a four thousand year old site about to be destroyed by the expansion of a sewage treatment plant in Seattle. Despite their romantic first meeting, she has no intention of ever setting a story at a sewage treatment plant.

Rachel Grant lives on an island in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and children.
