My Husband, Your Wife, Our child was co-written by romance author Alex Bahscot and her best friend Xaviera Spice. Xavi writes romantic erotica but acknowledged the possibility that such an intimate situation between two couples might be better told from both sides. Romance and erotica. Alex agreed only on condition that she had the final say on what did and didn’t make it into the novella. She had no desire to upset her fans with Xaviera’s brand of no holds barred down and dirty sex, but acknowledged that this topic did require erotica. As an extra insight as to how this whole co-authoring lark came to be, after the story is told, Alex agreed to Xavi’s suggestion that the private messages discussing the book should be given as a bonus. It was the price Alex had to pay to be allowed the final say in the book.

‘Yes I’m a newbie, but I’m darn funny. At least that’s what my 14 year old daughter’s friend said when I told her I wrote romance stories.
