I am an American author. My father was Romany and my mother was Jewish, When I was very young I learned about the Holocaust. I couldn’t understand how something like this could happen. So, I began to research and learn more. I met with survivors. I even met with children and grandchildren of SS officers. But I still had no answers. I cannot say that I have all of the answers to all of my questions even now. But what I do know is that soon all of the survivors will be gone. R. Roderick Rowe studied writing in college for several years, working as assistant editor, then editor, for his college’s literary magazine. He also spent a term as copy editor for his campus newspaper. He makes his home in Oregon where he writes in the wintery months of October through April and owns and operates a commercial fishing boat on the Oregon Coast the rest of the year.

Throughout his career in writing, Rowe has published a number of short stories and poems, as well as a technical manual for power plant employees. He was editor of a statewide newsletter for 5 years just prior to taking on a writing career full time. Paradigm Lost, penned under a pseudonym, is far different in genre and style than anything he has written before.

Rowe is 53 years old and went through his own coming-of-age in an era when beating fags was not just okay, but, encouraged in the cultural mores. He has taken many of the things he experienced in his developing years and created a wish list of things to change to make a better society. Rowe studied some Cultural Anthropology while in college and took some liberties with hallmarks of various cultures to delve into some cultural engineering in this work.

No obstacle is too big to overcome for Klyn Elsbury. In 2014, after being forced to quit her professional recruiting career due to complications of Cystic Fibrosis, she was confined to a wheelchair, with her lung function plummeting below 40%. After a two-week hospital stay (just one of five that year alone), she took her very first Zumba fitness class. Unable to complete the 60-minute class due to excessive coughing and intense lung pain, she set off on a six-week road trip across the United States to visit friends and family she wasn’t sure she would live to see again.

On that road trip, Elsbury attended more Zumba classes and through each cough, gained the confidence she needed to face the road ahead. Walking out of one class, she sent a text message to her parents that read, “I will dedicate the rest of my life to becoming a fitness professional.”

Author Bio:
I’m a 25-year old biochemistry PhD student who prefers to spend more time world building and creating new fantasy realms using the science I’ve learned, rather than actually doing my experiments (just kidding, I do work hard in the lab).

Scaylen Renvac is a pen name that I’ve used since sometime back in middle school for both my artwork and my writing, and it’s the name I prefer to be known by as an author.

So far I’ve only finished one novel, Dying Tigers (the only one that’s not a straight up fantasy or sci-fi story), but I’ve got at least five others fantasy stories kicking around on the back burners that I want to get published some day, and I’m constantly coming up with more ideas. Some of those stories are single book ideas, like Dying Tigers, and others are complex multi-book affairs that are going to take me a while to hash out all the plot details. I look forward to writing more of my stories out in their entirety, however long it may take to finish them.

During the course of his work for the art patron, Frederick R. Leyland, a Liverpool ship
owner, the following transpired:

“That gave the excitable Whistler a clear field. Alone in the house, he more than touched
up the room with a little gold paint. He let his imagination run wild with peacock feather
designs on the ceiling, ornate peacocks in gilded paint on the shutters, and around the
walls.

“Well, you know, I just painted on and on. I went on – without design or sketch – putting
in every touch with such freedom…And the harmony blue and gold developing, you
know, I forgot everything in my joy of it.”

And, most shockingly, he painted over the leather walls.

Now about those leather walls. The leather had been bought by Thomas Jekyll at great
expense to Mr. Leyland. It had been part of the dowry of Catherine of Aragon who
brought it from Spain. It was richly embossed and trimmed, and important in its own
right.

Whistler had covered all the visible rich antique Spanish leather completely with a thick
coat of peacock blue paint. ”

papers to the membership, avoiding the forbidden topics of the Civil
War, politics and religion. This intimate look at the life of James Abbott McNeill Whistler is one of many ’81 Club papers spotlighting such stars as Madame Curie, Madame Chiang Kai-shek, Nora Ephron, Isabella Stewart Gardner, David Douglas Duncan, Robert Edsel, eventually totaling a body of work of 25 titles, better known as the
THRILLING READING LIVING VICARIOUSLY Series.

Joan attended the University of Missouri and holds a B.A. from Texas
Tech University. Her major was English, and as night follows the day,
led to her 43 year career in publishing education programs for
children. Joan and Alan Marsh founded MarshFilm Enterprises, Inc.
dba MarshMedia in 1969. The Marshes live in Kansas City, Missouri,
where they raised their two sons. Those sons and their families,
including eight grandchildren, who live all over the world, were the
