Before that he had had to follow a strict diet and had to ignore a lot of great foods he liked because they are high in sugar, which sometimes bothered him a lot. I also have an aunt who isn’t allowed to drink coffee and soya products by doctors due to having been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Therefore I understand that health is the key for everything. I mean that we can’t enjoy all excitements in life without health, so everything can give me healthier is worth learning and trying, so food is a part of them.
