Yonatan “Yoni” Netanyahu (Hebrew: יונתן נתניהו; March 13, 1946 – July 4, 1976) was an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) officer who commanded the elite commando unit Sayeret Matkal during Operation Entebbe, an operation to rescue hostages held at Entebbe Airport in Uganda in 1976. The mission was successful, with 102 of the 106 hostages rescued, but Netanyahu was killed in action—the only IDF fatality during the operation.
The eldest son of the Israeli professor Benzion Netanyahu, Yonatan was born in New York City and spent much of his youth in the United States, where he attended high school. After serving in the IDF during the Six-Day War of 1967, he briefly attended Harvard University before transferring to Jerusalem’s Hebrew University in 1968; soon thereafter he left his studies and returned to the IDF. He joined Sayeret Matkal in the early 1970s and was awarded the Medal of Distinguished Service for his conduct in the Yom Kippur War of 1973. After his death Operation Entebbe was renamed “Operation Yonatan” in his honour.
Netanyahu’s younger brother, Benjamin Netanyahu, has been Prime Minister of Israel since 2009, and also served in that office between 1996 and 1999. Both Benjamin and a third brother, Iddo Netanyahu, served in Sayeret Matkal.

I am Tamra Flournoy. As far as credentials go, I once wrote a Father’s Day piece for a local newspaper and I also wrote a 600,000 word Twilight fan fiction, “Indian Summer” (Tami Flournoy) that was well received.
“Walking With the Wind” is the first in a series of stories that culminate in the final battle in the last days. The first four stories comprise the “What Lies Between” series and introduce the five young players who will figure in prominently to the larger picture.
The second set of stories will continue the saga in the “What Lies Beneath” series, with the final set of stories making up the “What Lies Above” series. So there are many more stories coming.
I currently live in central Texas with my husband. I am lucky to have most of my children and grandchildren living close by. I finally graduated from BYU just a few years ago. I also enjoy singing in the Hill Country Singers and heading up our community’s, “We’ve Got Talent” competition for our 4th of July Council.

It is almost unbelievable, but the authors know that it seems rather incredible, so they have carefully documented their sources and made sure that informed readers will take their reporting seriously. It isn’t hard to imagine the book being a movie–and it would doubtless turn out to be a blockbuster like so many of Milchan’s own films. Applause, applause!

For me personally, I was always interested in the fitness world and wanted to gain some muscle due to the numerous bulling in my teenage years about my height and my overweight body. I figured I can’t do anything about my height but I sure can do something about how my body looks like. This was the beginning of my transformation journey. I had no idea where to start but I just got started. I felt lost and scared at times. I was worried that other people would make fun of me for doing the exercises the wrong way. I always wished I had a friend that was next to me who was knowledgeable enough to help me get started and “show me the ropes”.
After a lot of work, studying and many many trial and errors, many began to notice how I was getting more fit and how I was beginning to form a strong interest in this topic. This led many friends and new faces to come to me and ask me for fitness advice. At first it seemed odd when people asked me to help them get in shape. But what kept me going is when they started to see changes in their own body and told me it’s the first time that they actually saw real results! From there, more people kept coming to me and it made me realize after so much reading and studying in this field that it actually did help me but it also allowed me to help others. This is when I decided to dive deeper into the fitness world. I’m now a fully certified personal trainer and I’m also currently doing a bachelor in University majoring in a Kinesiology program.
All this to say, I started just like you. I’ve asked myself how I could do it. I’ve read for countless hours, studied, doubted myself, failed, succeeded, and learned a lot on how our body works.
