Author Bio:
I've been a fiction writer since my teens. I've been a good fiction writer since fairly recently. I write in both Swedish and English for reasons that will never become clear to anyone, least of all me.

I'm mainly a science fiction writer because I dream of living in a different age. I'm also a big idea writer, but I like to think that I am able to focus on what the big ideas mean to a person's aspirations, dreams, quirks, and situation. So yeah – character-driven SF, that's me.

I was born in 1975, am married w/o children, and if I didn't have writing, I would probably cook.

Finkumpoops

About Finkumpoops

After having his spaceship wrecked by the dreaded finkumpoops, space pirate Captain Codswallop takes refuge on Earth and unwittingly brings three finkumpoops with him. The finkumpoops are small furry creatures called Fink, Um and Poop who as well as being technological geniuses are complete idiots. They have a habit of taking things apart and putting them back together again in such a way as to make them do things they were never meant to do. Because of the devastation they cause, planets known to be infested with finkumpoops are invariable blown to smithereens by a fleet of Gorbanian battlecruisers – a fate that awaits Earth unless something is done to rid it of finkumpoops.
Robbie Callaghan is a schoolboy. The summer holiday has just begun and he is already bored. Forced to flee his house to escape the attention of a couple of doting spinsters, he stumbles upon Hobb’s End, an old station that has been converted into a home-cum-workshop by a stage magician who goes by the name of Manfred the Magnificent.

Come along on this adventure!

The Big Mean Mean Bully

About The Big Mean Mean Bully

This book was written to stop bullying. Simon is a little boy and is being bullied by a mean boy named Eugene. What Simon doesn’t know is that Eugene is very tired from staying up late at night. Eugene is also worried about getting in trouble with his mom. I hope you enjoy the book. It was written by myself and illustrated by my mom. I am 8 years old and my name is Levon.

The Big Mean Mean Bully by Levon Brevard-Mays is an educational picture book for young children. A young boy named Eugene is nervous about school. He hasn’t studied for the test and knows his mom will be furious if he doesn’t achieve a good grade. This makes Eugene grumpy and mad. Throughout the day, Eugene attends different classes. He plays dodgeball, but isn’t very good, which causes the other children to laugh at him. Eugene reacts the only way he knows how. He throws a ball at a boy out of anger. Later on, the same boy offers to help Eugene, but he refuses and begins bullying him instead. Will Eugene learn the error of his ways and turn things around?

The Big Mean Mean Bully was a joy to read. It is the perfect book for showing how a child can be misunderstood. Bullies can be created by many things such as being under pressure or going through something tough at home. In most cases, children are simply looking for help and don’t know how to ask for it. They will act out and attract attention to themselves in the hope that their feelings will be seen and heard. I feel if we can educate children early enough, it can be prevented and help them to have a better childhood. I was impressed to learn how young the author is. He has done such a great job of creating a useful book for children his age, and I’m confident it will prove to be beneficial in their education. I hope to see more from the talented Levon Brevard-Mays; he’s certainly someone to look out for!

Death’s Fair Maiden

About Death’s Fair Maiden

Love empowers both mortals and immortals alike.

There is something about Eve that can only be described as “enchanting” or “magical.” She is a young hospice worker assigned to work with seventeen-year-old Tommy Kennedy’s beloved great-grandmother. Eve charms Tommy and his family. She always has the right thing to say, and her mere presence comforts them in their time of need.

Only Tommy has seen Eve before — in a nightmare he’d had that took place in ancient Ireland, where Eve was brutally murdered.

Tommy and Eve grow close even though he remains haunted by her presence in his dream. Eve reveals her secret. She is the girl in his dream. She died and was reborn as a banshee, a guardian spirit that helps her descendants, which include Tommy and his family, during times of need.

Eve becomes a fixture in Tommy’s life, and what starts as a friendship promises to turn into more. Unfortunately, Eve has a powerful enemy who could threaten their happiness. Tommy and Eve risk a lot by staying together, but they believe their love is worth fighting for.
