Author Bio:
I am 16 years old, and I am from NSW, Australia. Over the course of 2021 I found a passion for poetry. In 2021 alone, with the guidance of my amazing mentor Jennifer Hill, I was published in 6 magazines globally, including top 100 poems of 2021, and a variety of others. Whilst also featuring and performing at The Bankstown Poetry Slam in November, I had spent many months producing manuscripts. my poetry anthologies are very unique. Compared to the modern poetry on the markets today, I follow what’s called a slam-style of poems, (in short meaning, when spoken, as they can be spoken word poems, run for approximately 3 minutes, or two to three pages each). However, they also rhyme unlike all the prose featured books of Rupi Kaur.

Amy Q. Barker is the author of the women’s fiction novels Rue, Punk, Bibliointuitive, and Maplewood. Her books focus on the feel-good place where romance and drama meet.
Amy can usually be found reading books of all genres, walking on the beaches of Siesta Key, or hiking in the woods near her home in Indiana where she lives with her husband. Amy holds a BA from Syracuse University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She grew up in Spencerport, New York.
