Ordinarily I wouldn’t begin a second book in a series before the first was released but, more than two months out from my planned release date for Shards I’m already much of the way through my outline for the next book in the series, which I’ve given the working title Anubis Rising. I’m hopeful to release Anubis in early 2022 to give a quick second act to the series, with a novella project in the series between them.
