   My passions are reading and I read a lot! Secondly, I love movies from the 20s through the 1950s. My partner Bill and I attended the first two Turner Classic Movies Classic Movie Cruises. We met Ernest Borgnine, Eva Marie Saint, Sally Ann Howes, Mickey Rooney, Debbie Reynolds, Alex Trebek and of course Robert Osbourne. Imagine sailing on a large cruise liner to Key West at night. You are sitting on the open deck with a warm breeze blowing and being waited on by our own personal waiter. There is a theatre size screen in front of you showing the film “Key Largo”, with Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. I can never watch that movie again in the same mindset. That was the ultimate movie ambience! As for my third passion, it’s writing ‘cosy’ mysteries. These are the kind of stories I love the most to read as well.
