  1. Blood and Honour – The Battle for Saxony (A Historical Novel Set in the Dark Ages) - 2013-03-02 01:16:47-05
I've always been fascinated with swordfighting and especially tales of Camelot or Charlemagne. After three years of research and six months of writing I published my debut novel "Honour and Pride - The Battle for Saxony", a historical novel set in the dark ages, as an Kindle ebook on Amazon.com in February 2013.
  2. Reduce the Risk - 2013-03-02 02:21:43-05
My background is in information technology, so after my time in personnel, I went back to information technology and from 2003 until 2009 ran a web development business. Online marketing became far more interesting to me a few years ago and has now taken over. I find it’s more exciting and we now specialise in helping businesses get more attention and exposure on the web. I probably don’t have too many original ideas, but I have my own viewpoint and a background that may be a bit different to other marketers.
  3. The Truth Witch - 2013-03-02 03:18:37-05
I think I spent the first 30 years of my life daydreaming, creating strange and unlikely scenarios and playing what-if in my head. I managed to honorably get through the Navy as a medic and later went on to putting in 12 years as an RN. I followed that with several years buying and selling real estate in a tri-county area of Puget Sound, Washington. I can't say I wasn't happy but I will say I was unsettled. It seems that everything I've done has led me here. I was past the age of 40 when I had the urge to document the techniques I'd used as a real estate investor. That led to my first published book. I'd always been a storyteller but now I had stories to tell. And in between a long stint of writing nonfiction how-to books I'd steal time to work at my passion, writing fiction. So here I am. I can't seem to stop writing. Story ideas come at me like bats in a 3-D movie theater. I almost literally have to duck sometimes as the ideas flow. I've got a notebook with dozens of well-developed ideas. Some of the books I've published sat dormant for many years. What a relief it's been getting them out and having people enjoy them. I'm in it for the long haul now. I'm fond of stories that inspire people. But that doesn't mean my work is fluffy or make me a starry eyed Pollyanna. Regardless of what a character in one of my stories might endure you can be sure he will learn something that makes a difference in his life. Either that or he'll get his ass handed to him. Such is life, huh? www.charlessteed.com

Richard Uhlig Sr. is a family doctor who also does Cardiac Rehab. He wrote the diet and health book, "Live Thin, Live Long," and another novel "His Good Friends," a mystery thriller under the pseudonym Paul Michael Buck. He has just completed a third novel. He has edited movie scripts for his son, also a writer, "Dead Simple" staring James Caan, and "Kept" staring Ice Tea. His hobbies are writing, running and just learning. He amputated the leg of a man trapped in train wreck, shocked a dying heart with an electrical lamp, delivered several hundred babies and carries on a busy Family Practice. He also marched with Dr. Martin Luther King and protested the execution of a retarded prisoner in Oklahoma. He loves animals and people.
