  1. Root (Energy Anthology, Book 1) - 2013-02-06 12:08:30-05
Lloyd Matthew Thompson was raised in a strict religious household, the oldest of nine children. He has since explored, experienced, and been shaped by many other pathways, including Buddhism, Shamanism, Paganism, and New Age. Whether writing, painting, drawing or teaching, reflections of all these can be found in his work. He has written for various metaphysical and holistic blogs and magazines, both locally and globally. He is presently working on a fiction series entitled The Energy Anthology, and his future plans include many other stories, nonfiction, and a series based on the Tarot. Lloyd currently lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with his wife, triplets, daughter who thinks she is a cat, and cat who thinks she is a daughter.
  2. A Thistle in the Mist - 2013-02-07 01:57:33-05
Megan Denby's world is her family, friends and writing. Her debut novel, "A Thistle in the Mist" was described by one agent as having a "hypnotic, fairy-tale-like quality" and was inspired by the life of her feisty little Scottish great-grandmother. Megan's first published piece, "Horizons", was an award-winning vignette of her beloved grandad. A former ball player, Megan, is an avid dragonboater and draws inspiration from the tranquility of her secluded cottage in Northern Ontario. She enjoys watching hockey but is a lousy player. She lives in the enchanting, lakeside community of Port Perry, Ontario with her wife and passel of children and pets and is working on the disturbing sequel, "Lost to the Mist
  3. Five Must Die by Jo Rahe - 2013-02-07 07:40:39-05

I have published three e-books: Five Must Die, The Rio Conspiracy, The Pact and at the moment I am busy working on my forth mystery. I love art and cooking. I love cooking so much that I created and managed two restaurants. After a decade in the hospitality industry I decided to follow a more leisurely life and spend my time writing full-time. I was born and raised by the sea in England and having lived in various countries and travelled extensively in Europe, North America, the Middle and the Far East I now spend my time between my home in England and my home by the sea in Spain
  4. Turner by Karl Drinkwater - 2013-02-07 11:08:55-05
Sometimes Karl's writing spends time in the sunlit patches of literary fiction, where it likes to picnic beneath an old oak tree, accompanied by a bottle of wine, some cake, and a good book. At other times his words slope off into the dark shadows of horror fiction, and if you follow them you might hear chains rattling behind locked doors and the paranoid screams of the lost echoing in the distance. There is no obligation to enjoy both of those avenues. His aim is to tell a good story, regardless of genre. Karl loves exercise, computer games, the natural environment, animals, social justice and zombies.

  6. Roaring Mountain - 2013-02-08 02:46:48-05

After much travelling with my USAF airman husband and four children, Tucson, Arizona has been my home for over thirty years and I love it. I have been an antique collector and dealer for thirty five years and enjoyed many aspects ot the business including appraising, buying and selling at shops, shows and now eBay. But my new love is writing. and am currently working on my second book, a lighthearted account of my childhood years during in England during the war with my mischievous brother.
  7. The Price of Hannah Blake by Walter Donway - 2013-02-08 02:55:59-05
I'm an author living in East Hampton, Long Island, who spends at least as much time writing (and reading!) as I do on our glorious beaches or in our art galleries, shops, and restaurants. (Lots more than in our shops! But I like to take my wife, Robin.) My lifelong love has been stories with gripping plots driven by logic, heroes and heroines driven by impassioned values and desires, and places and action and dialogue that carry me away to "the homeland of my soul." Nothing brings these together like a battle for justice, a struggle for love and the fulfillment of sexual passion, the obsessive need to understand a mystery, a problem, a threat. My first novel, "The Price of Hannah Blake," will be followed soon by more novels, a second book of poetry, and a collection of essays and stories. I grew up on a farm in Massachusetts, but I've spent my career in New York City as a writer, publishing more than 100 articles, essays, and stories and helping foundations, museums, hospitals, schools, conservation organizations, and all sorts of other good causes with my writing talents. With this experience, and my long love affair with poetry (you can find my book, "Touched By Its Rays" on Amazon), I think you will find I am a stylist whose writing will be a pleasure to read--and will take you into places, characters, and the heart of action in a way that will make the pages fly by.
