  1. Unauthorized Access by Andrew McAllister - 2012-12-28 16:43:13-05
Andrew McAllister is a dedicated husband and board-certified TV remote control operator. According to a recent survey of his three children, he is one of the most (and also least) popular fathers in his entire household. He holds degrees in both psychology and information systems, which means he can fix your computer software … but only if it really wants to change. He once ran into a goalpost while playing touch football. Some people think this explains a great deal about him. Andrew writes both fiction and non-fiction, including the relationship advice blog To Love, Honor, and Dismay. He strongly believes there are three kinds of authors – those who can count and those who can’t. He writes about problems that bother couples because they bother him too. The problems that is, not the couples. At least not most couples. He lives with his family in New Brunswick, Canada, where he is busy working on his next book.
  2. Meet Franklin Bean - 2012-12-30 15:34:22-05
Emmy Swain believes in the magical power of animals to heal and guide the human spirit. Emmy’s creativity was poured into music as a child and young adult. It then spilled into inventing, and eventually into writing. Life lessons linked with fantasy create a book series that any age will enjoy. Emmy has captured this in a world of her own. The Franklin Bean series was born out of her conversations with her own beloved pets to help end the devastating effects of bullying. The single mother has been an inventor, restaurateur, and business owner for over two decades. “Franklin Bean storybooks are created to be lean forward experiences, encouraging children to actively relate the characters’ situations to their real-world,” Swain says. “Intuitively, the words and illustrations reach into the readers’ imaginations, where real learning takes place. Choice allows them to craft their own story.” “That’s the beauty of Franklin Bean’s magic . . . new possibilities emerge.” A portion of book sales goes to the Worldwide Organization, Operation Smile.

For as long as she remembers, she has been writing and dreaming up stories. Seems writing was her destiny. 18. In Roswell, Re-Abducted - 2013-01-03 03:18:31-05
Eiffel Tower Lowe "burned herself up" in the pink room -- or that's what Daddy told me. The pink room was right down the hall from my childhood bedroom, and there was a fireplace at the end of the bed. The gruesome mystery of Tower Lowe haunted me all my life, so I stole her name for my mystery stories. Cinnamon is the woman sleuth and Burro is her assistant in my current indie series. The series starts with the unexplained beating death of a middle school boy in Dulce, New Mexico (In Dulce, Disturbed). The investigators travel around the state, meeting quirky characters and solving criimes using Burro's hallucinations to provide clues. Cinnamon pursues her long lost "Momma," who abandoned her at the tender age of 6. In every story she finds another clue to Momma, and Cinnaman is determined to find her. At the end of 10 stories, 10 crimes are solved and Cinnamon knows what happened to Momma.

The Invention of The Big Bang is a thought-provoking philosophical novel about four extraordinary people: an elderly banker, his wife and two young bohemians. In Travelling With Maria Fred surprises his readers with an enchanting and tender travel and love story about a two year journey through India, Sri Lanka and Australia. William R. McGrath is a thirty-five year practitioner of the Filipino martial art of Pekiti-Tirsia and a veteran law enforcement officer. He has traveled across the U.S. and Europe teaching martial arts and police defensive tactics (techniques and principles of which find themselves in the fight scenes of his novels). He has written his fantasy novels seeking to emulate all those classic books he read in his teens that gave him a life long love of reading. "Most boys go through a stage where they want to take things apart to see how they work. Well, I never outgrew that stage and I think this shows up in my novels. How things work, whether they are weapons or politics or economic theories really interest me. If you enjoy learning how and why something works, I think you will like my novels. My literary influences run from Greek myths and Roman history to Medieval and Renaissance authors such as Malory, Dante and Machiavelli as well as modern authors such as J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis."
