I've always been interested in writing it is only recently that I've really pushed myself to finish a complete book. That effort has now seen the light of day and I'm looking forward to starting the next book. I'm also an avid reader with Ian M Banks and Terry Prachett being amongst my favourite modern authors. My favourite story of all time is Paradise Lost, a hard read, but a sublime story.

Marcia has enjoyed writing for many years but only for pleasure and friends or family. Her first novel Murder & Moet is a farcical whodunit set in her favourite hotel in Cornwall, although she did of course change the name so as not to tarnish their reputation. Marcia wrote Murder & Moet for a friend, who after regaling her with all the latest gossip said 'they wouldn't believe you if you wrote it down.' So she did. All based on true stories but totally exaggerated of course. Marcia is currently editing it for publication in the very near future. 13. How Women Really Think About Men: What the Liberal Media Doesn’t Want You to Know - 2012-12-11 13:00:49-05
Hi, my name is John Alanis from www.WomenApproachYou.com , and I have a rather unusual story, one that might just help you get the women you really want to approach you first for a date, no matter your looks, age or income. Even better, it might just help you find, attract, and keep the woman you really want, not the one you have to settle for like most men do. Interested? Read on--this might just be the day your life with women changed forever (If you look to the right, I have a ***blog***, updated daily that reveals these secrets...it's politically incorrect and highly controversial, but I always tell it like it is). I freely admit it. I was a complete loser with women in high school. And college. And for all of my 20's. I was a decent looking guy, ran my own business, spent some time in the Navy (submarines) but couldn't for the life of me attract women. Even if I got a first date on occasion, I never, ever got a second date. I got lots of safe hugs, and lots of LJBF's (Let's Just Be Friends), but I simply could not get any results with women and it drove me crazy. One day several years ago, I was at a business event, listening to short, fat, dumpy, 50 some-odd year old guy give a talk about advertising, and it was fascinating. But what was even more fascinating was the reaction of all the women in the audience to this man who, quite frankly, looked like a basset hound. They all rushed the stage, vying for his attention, and I watched him take 3 phone numbers of the hottest, smartest, most desirable women there. What did this fluffy hound of a human being have that I didn't? I was soon to find out. I cornered him and convinced him to have dinner with me that night. After some prodding, he finally shared his secrets, secrets he'd been wanting to reveal for a long time. What he told me was amazing. He'd spent years in advertising, convincing people how to buy stuff, when one day a light went off in his head--he could use what he learned in advertising to attract women, and it worked like a charm. In fact, it worked too well because he met too many women too fast who wanted to "get with him," that he ran into a whole host of other problems. I listened intently, and took note after note, vowing to apply what "The Hound" taught me in the real world, and wow, did it ever work. I went from zero to hero with sexy women in no time flat, and never looked back. In fact, I got so good, I decided to carry on the work of "The Hound" and started a business teaching men how to attract women. I started in May of 2004, and it's been a smashing success, with lots of men duplicating what The Hound taught me. It is, finally, time for me to tell my story and share my secrets with the general public. I'm creating series of books called "John Alanis's Women Approach You Series" that reveal step by step how any man can attract the women you really want, no matter your looks, age or income in a way that makes women incredibly happy. My current catalog is listed below, and I'm adding to it constantly. I want to cover every aspect of attraction so my readers can lead a lifetime of power, success, and choice with the women they really want, not the one they have to settle for like most men do. Each volume covers a specific strategy of attraction, plus tells part of my story, so I highly advise you take action and invest in each one. Each book also comes with a complementary bonus video that works hand in hand with what I reveal in the book. Attraction is, after all, a visual and auditory media and must be viewed that way to be truly understood. So, browse the catalog below, choose the books you like best, click the buy button and you can start succeeding with women literally minutes from now. Lord knows if a guy like me can do it, so can any man. I look forward to hearing your success story! -John Alanis The King of Let'em Come to You

  20. Sword of the Raven by Diana Duncan - 2012-12-11 13:38:40-05
When her dreams of becoming a ballerina were quashed by early-onset klutziness, Diana Duncan took up the safer vocation of writing. Her first thrilling masterpiece--written in orange crayon--was titled "Perky the Kitten," and became an instant bestseller with her grandparents. Her childhood growing up as a military brat gave her the ability to leap into a conversation with anyone, anywhere, anytime...and she always discovers a new friend in the process. This gift of gab perfectly equipped her for a career that involves making stuff up. Di is famous for using seven words when one will do. She wields smart-assery like a samurai sword, and will be the first to volunteer in a catastrophe. Of course, she was probably the one who caused the catastrophe. She's fiercely loyal to her friends and family...but in the event of the upcoming zombie apocalypse, she won't hesitate to use them as human shields. She loves her job as an author, and claims writing is the most fun she's ever had while wearing her sock monkey pajamas. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and adopting abandoned curbside furniture to refurbish into treasures. Diana published 6 award-winning books with a traditional NY publishing house before going rogue with Indie publishing. 10% of the proceeds of every book she sells is donated to different organizations that serve those who are in need, both people and animals.

  29. Rakshasa by Alica Knight - 2012-12-11 13:45:02-05
My name is Alica (sometimes Alex if I'm feeling tomboyish) and this is my biography. I write romance and, occasionally, erotica. I went to a really wild college, so some of my stuff is based on my real life experiences. Sometimes a story is a retelling of how it went down, with names changed to protect the guilty. Sometimes it's just how I wished it *could* have gone down, but I crashed and burned in some way, or things didn't plan out the way I wanted them to. Sometimes a story is the road not taken... those are the interesting ones. Enjoy.
  30. The Wrath of God - 2012-12-11 13:55:36-05
Neither my career (Mining Engineering) has much to do with my professional activity (I run a New Technologies company , you may visit my works at http://www.tabletsoft.net), nor my passion for writing has not too much in common with it. Or maybe, because I always thought that creativity has different forms of expression but a common origin. Unfortunately I do not have the time I would like to express it writing. I wrote my first work in 2001 (“The Palace Intrigues”), a novel of manners and something acidic that shows “the dark side” of the pulses of power and excesses in a local administration of Spain late 90′s. My second book, The Wrath of God, was written in 2004 and little (if anything) has to do with the previous one. It is a novel with universal vocation, which has a background theme that eight years ago it was difficult to predict and even harder to understand, but which eventually proved to be highly topical. For those who already have had opportunity to read “The Wrath of God”, perhaps have been attracted by its scientific basis, that today (shades apart) is widely accepted, but it had not yet been made on the date of its creation . The first scientific articles are those of late 2005 and early 2006. But “The Wrath of God” was registered at 09/10/2004. From 2004 to date, and because of my professional activity, it was stored in a drawer (or rather, on my PC until now.
