- Wicked Allure - 2012-10-02 02:42:35-04
Leslie C. Ferdinand and her mother, Shirley H. Ferdinand have been writing together since 1991. They were both born in New Orleans and lived there until 2005 when they lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, including Leslie’s dog. Leslie is divorced and has three daughters. She is Shirley’s only child. They got their first agent in 1995 and sold their first book in 1997. A Time For Us was released in September 1998. Leslie was so excited to see the book on the Barnes and Noble bookshelf in Metairie, she purchased all 5 copies. One of her friends later remarked that the idea of your book being in bookstores is for other people to be able to read and buy them. Under their Christine Holden pen name, Leslie and Shirley sold five books to Berkley/Jove between 1998 and 2001. Their last book, Dearest Beloved, had a foreign edition in Dutch. On August 28, 2005, Leslie and her family evacuated to Terrell, Texas. Leslie’s youngest daughter was 13 days old and they’d been home 8 days. Leslie went from healing, still recovering from her C-Section, to driving her daughters and mother away from the approaching storm. In November 2005, they moved to Rosenberg, TX to be closer to their family, who’d evacuated to the Houston Metro Area. In 2006, Leslie appeared on the Rachel Ray Show as a Hurricane Katrina survivor. Not long after, Leslie and Shirley began writing again, finishing Picture Perfect in early 2010. In between that time, Leslie started Inside Rose Rich Magazine. Later in 2010, Leslie and Shirley was picked up by D4EO Literary Agency. In June 2011, they began working on Wicked Allure. What began as an unsolicited proposal for Harlequin Blaze ended up becoming their first self-published book. Picture Perfect will be released in earl 2013 by Liquid Silver Books. Meanwhile, they are working on another book to submit to their agent and the sequel to Wicked Allure.
- Shades of Gray - 2012-10-02 02:43:42-04
Writer Andy Holloman has been scribbling stories since a young age. (According to reliable sources.) "Shades of Gray" is his first published novel and grew out of his experiences as a travel agency owner many moons ago. He was fascinated with the true story of a client of the business that was murdered. Suspecting her line of work was drug smuggling, a story sprouted in his over-active imagination - How far would a desperate person go to save their child and their business. He is the father of three and happily married for 20 years. A graduate of UNC-CH, he lives in the Raleigh, NC area and is busy carpooling, keeping his wife happy, and attending his kids sporting events. He loves the great outdoors in NC, is an avid reader, and a social media goofball. Most evenings, he can be found tapping on his well-worn keyboard as he "births" his next novel.

- Golf for Baseball Players, Book #2 – Curve Balls - 2012-10-02 02:50:26-04
I love demystifying the golf swing. Golf tips for baseball players was born of the need to explain the golf swing to baseball players who were told golf and baseball had nothing in common. In 200i I began to collect similarities between the two swings and games and after accumulating over 600 I began to see similarities in other sports too. Golf for baseball players is a good read for all people like me who was told baseball and golf are not the same. Author, Writer, Golf Pro, Hypntist, NLP Practitioner, Caregiver
