- From the Dust - 2012-09-27 20:14:49-04
Ryshia Kennie is the award winning author of two published romances. From the Dust, is a romance set during the Great Depression. Her second book, Ring of Desire, was against a backdrop of magic and mystery, in medieval England. While she still loves history, her novels now focus on suspense and women’s fiction – always with a hint or even a dollop, of romance. The Canadian prairies are home where she lives with her husband and one opinionated Irish Terrier.
- Forced Destiny - 2012-09-27 20:15:36-04
Started writing a while back, way way back since high school. I wanted to be an author at an early age, but at the same time when I became a grown up I had trouble getting my original novel to any type of agent because it didn't fit well with them. So then I started to look the indie route, and now I'm here trying to make it as an indie author, and kind of excited to see what comes of it and where it will take me.

- No Earthly Shore by Jilly Paddock - 2012-09-28 04:00:39-04
I have been writing for a long time, mostly in the science-fiction and fantasy genres. After a career spent working in medical research and then in an NHS microbiology lab, I've now taken early retirement and have time to spare for writing and publishing my work. I like poetry, particularly Yeats and Walter de la Mare, the art of Alphonse Mucha and the Pre-Raphaelites, and folk music. I dabble in many kinds of crafts, including cross stitch and beading, and collect press-moulded and British studio glass, especially Okra perfume bottles, and tarot cards. All of the above may flavour and influence my work.

- Children of Destruction by Al Philipson - 2012-09-28 15:03:26-04
Al Philipson was born somewhere around 1995 or later in the fevered imagination of a nerdish geek and sometimes technical writer who wants to remain anonymous when he writes fiction (including his tax return). Being a private person, he was afraid that his adoring fans (all three of them) would mob him both publicly and privately once his books caught on. Unlike his nerdy creator, Philipson suffers from none of the weaknesses of “ordinary” humans. His body puts Mr. Universe to shame. He can bench press a Kenworth, he’s more intelligent than Einstein, and knock-down-gorgeous women find him irresistible. Children of Destruction is his 2nd novel, published by FTL Press. Recent efforts consist of three eBook anthologies of Science Fiction short stories, published by AKW Books, which include 3 of his own works: Alpha Dreams More Alpha Dreams The Complete Alpha Dreamer He is currently writing his third and fourth novels and snaps viciously at anyone who dares interrupt him when he’s working.
