The Complete Guide To A Perfect Suicide by John Capers

About The Complete Guide To A Perfect Suicide by John Capers

There are many ways you can commit suicide. All of them are bad. You may
think you have reasons to commit suicide. All of them are bad as well. If you are
having suicidal thoughts, speak with someone you trust; talk it out–you might
find that your problems are not as bad as you thought, and certainly not worth
killing yourself over.
Suicide is a serious problem, yes, and this book admittedly takes a comically dark
look at the many methods a person could use to commit suicide, but then tells
why not using them is the better option. As someone who has lost a brother
to suicide, I have found that a sense of humor about serious issues can get you
through even the darkest of 􀆟 mes.

A colorful and comic “don’t-try-this-at-home”, or anywhere else for that ma􀆩 er,
book about ways to commit suicide. If you’re thinking about suicide or just need
a good laugh, this is the book for you.

I am a writer and actor from NYC. I have been involved in several stage productions and did stand up comedy in New York, California, and all the worst places. To tell you how well my stand up career was going, when I quit the business, nobody knew I quit the business. I am currently living in one of those worst places, looking forward to the day when I can retire, spend my days writing in Key West, Florida, and living like Hemingway… but without the suicide thing at the end.

I am married with two kids, a dog, and a wife (she is not going to like that list order at all) who are the main reasons that I cannot retire yet. Until that time…

G.S. Walker was born in the wrong part of Leeds, West Yorkshire, on the wrong side of 1970. When she was a child, her family moved to a remote farmhouse in the Lake District, surrounded by scenery so spectacular it didn’t seem quite real.

After leaving school, she failed to finish her English degree but went on to gain a degree in law for reasons that have yet to become clear. After working at a couple of law firms in London and elsewhere, without notable success, she returned to live in the Lakes in 2012 and decided that she couldn’t be any worse at writing than at law.

She has published a number of stories in both actual and virtual magazines.

Falsely accused of the murder of her best friend, Kayla Jenkins is on the run for her life. She ends up lost in dark, snowy woods off some backcountry road in the middle of nowhere. But those depths hide grave secrets that could threaten the very establishment sworn to protect all of us. Will I be able to channel my gifts to save not only myself but countless others? Or are these abilities and the distant places that give me refuge – all part of a greater delusion?

Four Months…And A Lifetime: A Father, His Son, And Their Epic Basketball Team’s Nine-Year Journey Together

Four Months...And A Lifetime_A Father, His Son, And Their Epic Basketball Teams Nine-Year Journey TogetherAbout Four Months…And A Lifetime: A Father, His Son, And Their Epic Basketball Team’s Nine-Year Journey Together

“Our seasons lasted only four months, but the memories will last a lifetime.”

Four Months…And A Lifetime is the touching true story of a father who coached his son’s basketball team from kindergarten through eighth grade, a remarkable nine-year journey with the same boys.

Their final march to the eighth-grade season Championship is interspersed with the author’s own journey of falling in love with basketball in early-seventies New York, filled with anecdotes of Dr. J, sneaking into Duke’s Cameron Indoor Stadium, and playing pickup in Larry Bird’s home state of Indiana.

Four Months… And A Lifetime is not only a love story about a father and his son, but of a coach who strived to teach his team the greatest game of basketball and, hopefully, a few life lessons along the way.

Touching. Honest. True.

Prior to his career in the tech industry, he wrote, directed, and produced a low-budget film called Black is White. The feature length race relations drama was written up in Variety as the film to watch from the Independent Feature Film Market in New York City. It was one of twelve international films chosen for the Rome Film Festival. When the film wasn’t chosen for Sundance, Chris loaded up his car and moved to Hollywood to become a screenwriter. He made a living as a production assistant working for Herb Ritts, the premier fashion photographer of his time, and on various studio lots.

Chris grew up in Pleasantville, New York. He has a Juris Doctorate and Master’s in environmental law (Magna Cum Laude) from Vermont Law School and a BA in politics and history from Brandeis University. He has been a licensed New York State attorney for over twenty-eight years.

And, like his Opa before him, Chris simply believes in family above all.
