Remy is down to his last $100,000… He’s in dire straits.
From Bestselling authors Isobella Crowley and Michael Anderle.

Last Ditch Effort:

While his rapidly dwindling checking account is a problem, Remy finds out the last company he owns is run by something that goes bump in the night.

And she is willing to bump him off if he fails to live up to her expectations.

Trying to get sober, Remy needs to work the day shift for Moonlight Detective Agency.

Can he learn the ropes before the faeries, werewolves or his supposed employee kills him off?

There is only one way to find out. Accomplish what Taylor sets out for him to do, or die trying.

Diamond in The Rough:

The secret world is being hidden by a vampire hundreds of years old – and her human frat-boy apprentice.

He might shape up to be an asset. If she doesn’t kill him first.

Between setting up the office and hiring new preternatural staff, with some surprising…talents, Taylor tasks Remy with a new case.

She assumes he will stick to her instructions.

But this is Remy.

Reformed frat boy. Low compliance. With a desperate need to prove himself…

Of course, he won’t stick to the plan.

So when things heat up with the dwarven cartel – and the preternatural world order hangs in the balance – it’ll take everything Taylor has to prevent the city of NY being exposed to all she’s managed to kept secret for centuries.

Will Taylor decide that Remy needs to take the final nap for the benefit of everyone? Will everything go up in a Frat-Boy blaze of glory?

What happens when Remy starts to get a clue?

A GIrl’s Best Friend:

Taylor sets Remy on the trail of a dwarven drug cartel responsible for supplying humans with preternatural drugs.

Is this just another way to test if Remy can stay alive?

Drugs that are deadly to humans. In order to prevent countless human deaths and keep the preternatural world hidden, Remy has to stop the deal from happening AND take out the supply chain.

This would be just a regular Tuesday except Moswen is closing in and her attacks are getting more targeted.

To save both worlds, the team have to survive – and that is going to take all their wits and resources – and wits are in short supply.

Under Pressure:

With Moswen still on the loose and the whole preternatural world in mortal danger, Taylor realizes that drastic times call for drastic measures.

Meanwhile, Remy and the team – oblivious to the dire situation Taylor is getting into – work to track down Moswen and her goons.

A clear plan of what they’re going to do if they find her, eludes them…

How do they take on the world’s oldest, most powerful vampire?

Of course, Moswen is tracking their every move and intends to pick them off one by one before they can get close.

Their only course of action is to go balls out to take her out first, in the most cunning way they know how…

Will what they know be enough? Or will Moswen accomplish killing Taylor and completing her plans?

Hi, my name is Isobella Crowley… but only my mum calls me Isobella. Everyone else calls me Izzie.

And yes, I said mum, not mom – which tells you I’m from England. Bicester (near Oxford) to be exact. Like Scarlett in “A Very British Witch”.

I also love all things Wiccan and magical. I taught myself how to use tarot cards when I was 8. Also learned a bunch about astrology, so it seemed only natural that I’d end up writing about a girl who finds out she’s a Wiccan by descent, and spends her free time in a real life magical book shop.

The wine shop she works in is based on an adorable little vintners in Eton… just the other side of the bridge from Windsor. If you ever visit there, be sure to check it out. The guy who owns it knows EVERYTHING about wine. And he’s kinda cute.

Never Split The Party by Ramy Vance

FREE Nov. 16-20, 2020

What if J.R.R. Tolkien’s work wasn’t fiction, but a primer to help humanity get accustomed to a harsh truth?

There are nine known realms, a world for each race, including dwarves, gnomes, and elves.

In the middle rests Middang3ard.

Each world knows the others. Each, except Earth.

Humans long ago turned their backs on magic, throwing their stock into science and technology, their governments shielding the people from the reality of what was going on elsewhere.

So be it. Humans were never very good at getting along with other races anyway.

Then the Dark One appeared, threatening to overrun the nine worlds, starting with Middang3ard and ending with the humans’ planet.

The second planet just went dark, Earth can’t stay out of the fight, but can it do anything to save its own future?

Now, humans must send elite warriors to Middang3ard to fight, else humans will fight on the shores of their own lands when the Dark One invades Earth.

Too bad their elite starts and ends with Robert ‘Suzuki’ Fletcher and his team of Mundanes.

COMMANDER – Into the Future, Book 1 by James Heritage

COMMANDER – Into the Future, Book 1 by James Heritage

Expeditionary Marine Lt. JD Rawlings is nearly as battered and hastily patched as the ship he is assigned to, the Navy frigate Rontar. Scars of recent repair are disturbingly visible on both. But that is not the worst of it, by far.

Lt. Rawlings discovered betrayal, an ambush by the alien Shaquaree, but his method of discovery is seen by many survivors as the catalyst which precipitated the battle. The Shaquaree then nearly annihilated mankind’s best military and diplomatic personnel in a matter of only minutes. Only one ship, the Rontar, with Rawlings aboard, managed to escape the butchery with an emergency Transition-jump. Rawlings wonders if his next action will be defending humanity against the aliens or himself against the crew members who blame him.

When they appear in the Hylea system nothing there makes any more sense than the shocking treachery of the aliens. The system is supposed to be uninhabited, yet there are EM transmissions from the Earth-class planet. There are supposed to be subspace comms with Earth and the remaining Navy and Marine Fleet, yet there are none.

Alone, barely functional, defenseless, can the frigate, the Navy crew, and the few remaining Marines survive long enough to gain answers to the critical questions? Who is sending the EM signals, and why is the Hylea system shaped differently than the star charts indicate? Did those intractable aliens follow the Rontar to finish the job? Why are the alien Shaquaree so apparently dedicated to wiping out humanity?

Author Bio:
I was raised just outside of Spokane, WA, in the magnificent Pacific Northwest. After making a living by turning wrenches and managing auto repair shops for twenty years, and doing plenty of hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities, I started working for General Motors as a technical trainer, then worked into computer IT positions as a Business Analyst for many years. All of this time, I read prolifically, was married, had some kids, and now reside in central Michigan having retired from GM.

I began writing in April, 2009, shortly after I finished a perfectly terrible book which astonished me at having been published at all. It was horribly written and appeared to be unedited, yet was published by a large publishing house. I thought that even I could write better than that! Then, I thought, Hmmm. Why not? I opened my word processing app and started.

I come from a family of writers, though I did not know it. After my father passed a number of years ago, I inherited several small boxes filled with many pages of longhand writing. It turned out to be numerous short stories and life descriptions from my grandfather about his early years in turn of the century Washington State. There was also a short novel length story written by my father.
As my first writing effort, I took that story from my father as inspiration and wrote a full-length novel. Then, I wrote another. And then another. I could not stop. This writing thing, I found, was addictive!

I currently have written twenty-three novels in multiple genres, and have two novels in progress. A few years ago, some of my beta-readers began pestering me, saying that I should consider publishing. I eventually came around to the idea and began submitting my works to agents.
But, alas, I am not a very good self-promoter and have never really liked marketing or sales. Not a good place for an author to be, right?

But, now I am learning, and trying. Thus, this presentation via Awesome Book Promotions.

I have self-published my first science-fiction novel, COMMANDER, on Amazon, Google, and Barnes & Noble. There is a direct sequel to the first which I hope to publish quite soon, and then six more novels set in the same universe as the first two, but following different characters born from the first.
I also have a trilogy in the fantasy genre, and a duo and trio in the thriller genre.
And more! Visit my website to learn more about all the offerings.

Bestselling author P.C. Zick describes herself as a storyteller no matter what she writes. And she writes in a variety of genres, including romance, contemporary fiction, and creative nonfiction. She’s won various awards for her essays, columns, editorials, articles, and novels.

The three novels in her Florida Fiction Series contain stories of Florida and its people and environment, which she credits as giving her a rich base for her storytelling. She says, “Florida’s quirky and abundant wildlife–both human and animal–supply my fiction with tales almost too weird to be believable.”

P.C. writes both sweet and steamy romances. The sweet contemporary romances in her Smoky Mountain Romances, are set in southwest North Carolina. Another sweet romance series, Rivals in Love, contains seven stories about finding and keeping love alive. The novels follow the Crandall family of Chicago as the siblings find love despite their focus on successful careers.

Her steamy romances go from Florida to Long Island. The Behind the Love series, set in a small fictional town in Florida, feature a community of people who form bonds as they learn to overcome the challenges of their youth. Her Montauk Romances are set in and around Long Island and feature simple, yet sophisticated beach houses designed with romance in mind. The two books in this set are filled with steamy scenes as love grows and thrives.

Zick offers a variety of nonfiction books, which include a book on vegetable gardening, a compilation of her essays and short stories from her decades-long career as a writer, and a primer for writers on taking an idea and turning it into a published book. She has also published and annotated the journal of her great-grandfather based on his experiences as a Union soldier during the Civil War.

Her novels contain elements of romance with strong female characters, handsome heroes, and descriptive settings. And all of her works express her philosophy of living lightly upon this earth with love, laughter, and passion.

She and her husband split their time between Tallahassee, Florida, and the Smoky Mountains where they enjoy gardening, kayaking, and hiking.

Surviving Remote Work by Sharon Koifman

About Surviving Remote Work by Sharon Koifman

Sharon Koifman is a survivor.

He survived the dot com crash. He survived working with outsourcers that mastered English like fish mastered riding bicycles. And he survived building and leading a completely remote business spanning four continents… With two toddlers in the room.

The title of this book is a lie. Sharon Koifman didn’t survive remote work. He thrived with remote work. Surviving Remote Work is the distillation of a decade of lessons. Inside, you’ll learn the tools, strategies, and tactics to survive and thrive as a leader in the remote age.
Things like:

-How to keep your company culture alive remotely – or even build one from scratch;
A world-class recipe for onboarding new remote people -one that has received praise from dozens of clients and hundreds of employees;
-How to manage and avoid distractions – for yourself and your team;
-What is the best remote communications technology that no one is using;
-How to protect your business’ (and your clients’) data in a fully-distributed operation;
-How to keep the extroverts in your team from wanting to kill themselves;
-How to keep the introverts in your team for wanting to kill the extroverts;
And much, much more.

Some awesome authors have interviewed, studied, and collected data for their business books. We love those guys. We like their books. But this is something different. This is a book by someone who experienced everything described within firsthand. Sharon made all the possible mistakes (plus a couple of impossible ones) in remote work. All so you don’t have to. Buy it now and learn how to survive remote work!

Author Bio:
Sharon Koifman is obsessed about remote management.

He was born in Israel and moved to Montreal – a city he describes as “the most beautiful hybrid between new and old, combining the modernity of a North American city with the old charm of Europe” – at age of 10, and he lives there now with his lovely wife and two daughters. From there, over the past twenty years, he’s built and run three fully-remote companies.

Sharon grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and was heavily inspired by his father, who ran a boutique engineering firm. It was his father who first introduced Sharon to the idea of working remotely. He would design industrial machines on his computer and outsource the building to a machine shop that put together all the components.

Thanks to that influence, Sharon has built businesses from his own computer for the past 20 years.

He started back in the era of the dot com crash, where he ran a web hosting provider with an office in India. Like many entrepreneurs, he was taken in by the idea that he could combine the growing technical expertise in India with the much lower cost of living and hire several expert developers for the cost of a single western worker.

But the reality made much less sense than the math. The fact was that he had the people, but they lacked the team spirit, the culture. His experts were scattered and didn’t know how to work together – and the company suffered for it.

Once he sold that first company, he realized that whatever he would do next, he would benefit from managing his own employees remotely, but also that he would need them to feel the same tight-knit bond that people working in the same office have. As a child, he loved team sports like rugby and football, so he knew exactly what to shoot for – he just had to make it happen online!

Since then, Sharon has studied and researched not only how to operate remote businesses but how to create an amazing work culture, one where people love to come to work. He has dedicated his mind to finding ways – through systems and processes, services and tools – to bridge the gap between the faces in the monitor and the people in the real world.

These days Sharon runs DistantJob, a unique recruitment agency geared specifically for finding full-time remote employees who work from all over the world. He’s been working tirelessly to promote remote work. The key difference in his approach is that he wants to show how remote work benefits businesses.

Everyone talks about the benefits to the individual – less stress, less commute, better work-life balance, more options of where to live… We’ve heard it all. But Sharon’s argument is that remote work also benefits companies and their bottom line. He believes companies who adopt remote work can be leaner, less expensive, more environmentally-friendly, and have access to better and more productive people, faster.

And suddenly, the whole world was forced into remote work! So, in the wake of the COVID crisis, he wrote “Surviving Remote Work” in order to help businesses not only survive but actually thrive in this new environment.

He loves listening to soul music and legend has it that he can, if the stars align, be seen in the wild playing the piano.
