Maria Riegger is based in the Washington, DC area. She is a banking/corporate attorney by day (but please don’t hold that against her), and a fiction author by night.

Maria is a Gemini whose head has always been in the clouds. From a young age, her mother scolded her for not paying attention; when she was bored, she would make up stories in her head. She has been writing since she was about thirteen years old. A lover of languages, she speaks French, Spanish, and Catalan.

For as long as Omar can remember, he’s had an insatiable appetite for deeper truths. In his twenties, he became a guitar player and singer in a rock band in the Middle East. This is where he experienced much of the great adversity that helped to catapult and shape his spiritual growth. From restless nights, living in the center of political unrest, personal tragedies, and long bouts of soul-searching, Omar finally discovered what it was he’d been seeking his whole life for.
