Micael writes books on well-being, happiness and on living a good life. I’m 34 years old and I live in Stockholm with my girlfriend. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, where he studied 2002-2006.

As a teenager, Micael started the web design firm Xeniac Design together with a friend, in which he worked with design and software engineering from 1999 to 2009.
