Harlan: Vampire Seeking Bride by Anya Nowlan
About Harlan: Vampire Seeking Bride by Anya Nowlan
Harlan’s far too old to be messing around with anything that doesn’t give him pleasure. As an experienced and theoretically wise vampire, he’s seen enough to know when to step aside. But when an old friend goes on a rampage and the only way to save the woman he has his sights on is by claiming her as his bride, even the wisest of vampires might make a questionable move.
It helps that he can’t take his eyes off of her.
Ruby Danvers has never backed down from a challenge. As a police officer, she knows that if she gives up, someone else might pay the price for it. This time, it’s her getting caught up as collateral. With a man she can hardly trust by her side, but want just the same, she gets her only shot at payback. If it means marrying a vampire… well, maybe it’s worth it, just this once?

EMBRACE THE WIND, an Historical Novel of the American West by Susan Denning
About EMBRACE THE WIND, an Historical Novel of the American West by Susan Denning:
What is the cost of living life on your own terms? For a young woman on the American Frontier, the price can be high.
Aislynn Maher trusted the wrong man. To conceal her disgrace, she abandons her job, her home, her family and friends. She turns to the raw, contentious US marshal of the Wyoming Territory, Orrin Sage, who is hiding a guilty secret of his own.
Setting out alone, Aislynn brings her optimism and determination to Cheyenne. But in this rough town, with its prejudice, violence and lawlessness, it’s not just difficult to do what you believe is right-it’s potentially deadly.
This unlikely love story details real triumphs and tragedies from frontier women’s letters, diaries and newspapers of the day, and places Aislynn in the center of their history. Embrace the Wind illuminates an intimate picture of the American frontier; the story of the women who changed the West and helped forge the freedoms we enjoy today.

Author Bio:
In 2011, I published the novel FAR AWAY HOME about a young woman who left New York City in 1868 to start a new life in Utah. Up to that time, most of my writing focused on professional journals and texts. When I ventured into fiction, I wrote short stories. One received honorable mention in a NOW short story contest and was published in Creative Woman.
The novel began as a chapter for a history book. I conducted my research in the American west for three years; I even drove a covered wagon (check out the Youtube video on the FAR AWAY HOME page at www.susandenningauthor.com). When the history book project dissolved, I used my research to write an historical novel.
As a self-published, unknown author, I never imagined anyone would read FAR AWAY HOME. But tens of thousands of readers did. For four years, it ranked among the Top 100 in the Historical- US and Romance Western categories. To my great surprise, many readers requested the next chapter of the story. In EMBRACE THE WIND, Aislynn’s journey continues.

However, through an unfortunate series of events, Zachary has gone from the penthouse to the poorhouse, working out of a dingy one-room office, handling traffic cases. Although Jennifer has misgivings, she reluctantly retains him, and they call a press conference to announce their lawsuit. Zack hires an investigator, the infamous Micah Love, who travels to Ohio, where he discovers that two families have disappeared after an encounter with the same priest–and the one person who may provide some answers has died under mysterious circumstances.
Religion, law, betrayal, mystery, intrigue, faith, and love converge in Michigan for the trial of the century. Will Zachary resurrect his troubled career and obtain the justice Jennifer seeks for her kids? Or will the church and the Coalition and its mysterious leader prevail in covering up the decadent acts of the priest and circumvent justice once again?

Author Bio:
Born and raised in the Deep South, Deborah Epperson grew up during the era of the Civil Rights Movement, integration, and Vietnam. She received a degree in biology and English in Texas, and later moved to Atlanta to pursue post graduate work at Georgia Tech. After working in the scientific field for twenty years, she turned her talents to writing fiction and nonfiction. Her award winning nonfiction and poetry have been published in newspapers and magazines locally and nationally.
With over a quarter million eBook downloads, her first novel, Breaking TWIG, soared to #1 in several fiction genres, including southern, literary, mother-daughter-relationships, and historical. Deborah worked with 8 time Emmy award winner, Allen Secher, and actress and theater professor, Rebecca Spear, to bring Breaking TWIG to life in audiobook format. Her second novel, Shadows of Home, a romantic suspense set in the bayous of Louisiana has been released.
Through her storytelling, Deborah tackles issues most people, especially Southerners, can identify with and, like her, may have struggled to understand. She enjoys writing stories and characters steeped in the lyrical traditions and mystical surroundings of the Deep South where she grew up. The challenges facing her characters are never black or white. As in real life, the way her characters meet their challenges determines who or what they become. Regardless of whether the characters succeed or fail to meet their goals, the author weaves into her stories a way forward for them, as Deborah can’t imagine a life without hope.
A transplanted Texan, Deborah and her family live on a farm in Montana. When not working on her next novel or article, she enjoys doing pet therapy work with her BFF golden retriever and volunteering in animal rescue.
A Queens Spy
Richard Fitzwarren, a Tudor nobleman with a dubious past takes risks for a living.
As a younger man he had been attached to Thomas Seymour’s household, working with Seymour’s spy and intelligence network. Seymoure, married to Henry VIII’s widow, Catherine Parr, was as close to the power at Court as he could get. Through his wife he became guardian of the young princess Elizabeth, and so Richard Fitzwarren became a close childhood friend of Elizabeth Tudor. So close that Seymoure was readily believed when he blamed Richard for the liberties he himself had taken with the young princess. Banished from his father’s house for the crimes he didn’t commit he’s learnt his trade well in France returning to England a self styled soldier of fortune selling his services, and those of his mercenary band to the highest bidder.
Now he’s back in England, his bastard sibling at his side and a band of mercenaries at his back. Despite selling his services to support Northumberland place Lady Jane Grey on the throne he remains loyal to the lady Elizabeth; soon he is embroiled in Tudor intrigue as he tries to keep the Lady safe.
At his side is Jack, his bastard sibling; their relationship a troubled one. Jacks seeks to be his brothers equal but Richard has difficulty accepting him; impatient, impulsive and impetuous, he is everything Richard is not. There is a dark family secret Richard had always suspected; the final discovery of it changes the relationship between them forever.
Caught up in struggle to place Jane Grey on the throne is Catherine De Bernay. Daughter of Peter De Bernay, a close supporter of Mary Tudor, the young woman finds herself losing her home and family and is forced to turn for help to the men who orchestrated her fall, the Fitzwarren brothers. Intent on revenge she finds herself on the side of others who would like to see Richard Fitzwarren’s downfall.

I live in the North East of England and have had a passion for history and archaeology all my adult life. Originally I trained as a Solicitor, and during my law degree I enjoyed a sideline in legal history. Various jobs followed, including researcher for a local museum, public sector audit work and finally now running my own successful scuba diving business both on-line and in a bricks and mortar store. During a career break a return to University was possible where I studied Archaeology, and I feel this hands on discipline sits nicely alongside more traditional historical document based research. I am never happier then when I am stood in a castle wondering what when and why and trying to unlock the secrets in the stones.

climax as the American fleet comes into range of Iran’s nuclear tipped missiles.
A former US Army captain, CIA agent, and member of the German Federal
Intelligence service works with a Chinese military officer to counter the
