Patrick O’Donnell is the product of two young Irish immigrants who were new to America. He was born and spent his early childhood in Chicago. Along with his family, they moved to rural Wisconsin where he finished high school and went to college. O’Donnell has worked as a manager in a 24 hour restaurant, bartended and sold cars for a living. He now has been working in law enforcement for the last 22 years.
