* Taken by her Father’s Enemy, She Soon Craves her Captor’s Ruthless Passion *
Near the Scottish border during the reign of Edward I, Marissa Langley, daughter of a powerful English earl is captured by a band of marauding Scotsmen. Completely at their mercy, she is desperate to escape. When the leader of the group saves her from certain rape, she believes she will be freed.
But Ian MacCallum is no savior. He takes her for his own, seduces her then makes her his slave. Her collar and chains are part of his vengeance on her father—the man Ian claims is responsible for the death of his beloved wife and son.
But her immediate death is not Ian’s plan. He subjects her to daily suffering and punishments and goes so far as sharing her with another clansman. Yet, her spirit will not be broken. He finds himself drawn to that core of strength within her; finding it most exquisite as it cannot be violated.
When danger from within his clan threatens her, Ian protects her, discovering at the same time that he does not want to lose her, ever.
Marissa makes her own discovery: she comes to crave Ian’s torturous touch. When she learns the source of his hatred, she is certain he is wrong. Her father would not commit atrocities. She waits for the moment when she can escape and prove her father’s innocence. But that would mean leaving Ian when she is no longer sure she wants to be free.

Author Bio:
A born-and-bred Jersey Girl with Brooklyn roots, I write erotic romance with BDSM themes in all genres, though primarily historical. My books are filled with Vikings and Knights and Warriors and the women feisty enough to stand up to and beside them. A lifelong fan of all things romance, I began writing stories in grammar school, and somehow they were always a love story, whether I intended it or not. I’ve spent the many years since honing my craft and am happy to say my books can be found at all major retailers.
On the rare occasions I’m not taking advantage of valuable free time by writing, you can catch me poking around in my other favorite twisted historical worlds of Sleepy Hollow, Reign and the History Channel’s Vikings. I’m also a huge fan of Harry Potter, Highlander, Charmed, and DragonBall Z! Yeah, a strange fandom medley, but each one features some of the sexiest villains ever. Did I mention I love villains? And of course, my beloved NY Rangers will always possess a huge piece of my heart!
Keep an eye out for the relaunch of The Magiste Chronicles, my fantasy erotic series, featuring Magically Kinky! love scenes, as well as the next books in the The Norsemen Sagas and The Medieval Warrior’s Legends – both of those series feature A Kinky Twist on History! and more deliciously dominating Knights and Vikings!

Tina Tumbles
Tina Tumbles is a delightful story which inspires confidence, focus, and perseverance. After watching gymnasts flip across the T.V. screen, Tina wants to do nothing but gymnastics at all hours of the day. But Tina learns that even a cartwheel is not as easy as it looks. She just can’t land on her feet. Now it’s time for her first gymnastics lesson. Will Tina gain the confidence she needs to complete the skill without falling?
Charming, colorful illustrations paired with easy-flowing rhyme make this the perfect story for younger children being read to by adults, kids learning how to master reading skills, or even a person looking back at how they too learned their first cartwheel. Overall, an enjoyable read for kids and big kids alike!
“Tina Tumbles is a fun, lyrical story with an important message woven beneath the storyline: teaching kids to get back up when they fall down, and to give it their all, no matter how many times they face defeat. These are messages that I hope to instill in my own children. Tina shows kids that with a little persistence and a positive attitude, anything is possible.”
–Shannon Miller, one of America’s Most Decorated Gymnast, 7-Time Olympic Medalist and Co-Author of It’s Not About Perfect: Competing for My Country and Fighting for My Life
“Tina Tumbles is [Everly’s] favorite book. She does cartwheels, and we go to baby gymnastics class. I got her to wear a leotard because Tina wears one!”
— Jenna Dewan Tatum, US Weekly Magazine
“Growing up as a member of the Cuban national team, I know how difficult the sport of gymnastics can be. Motivational tools are essential in our sport and a children’s book that teaches kids to keep trying after a ‘tumble’ is an ideal way to reach children of all ages and abilities. Tina Tumbles is a great avenue of showing gymnasts the importance of perseverance, determination and commitment all while having fun!”
–Charlie Tamayo, World Championship Bronze Medalist, World Cup Gold Medalist, 3 time Pan Am Team Champion

Running from the Mirror by Howard Shulman
About Running from the Mirror by Howard Shulman:
SPECIAL: Kindle edition only 99¢ Aug. 9–Aug. 15, 2016
Just three days after he was born, Howard Shulman contracted an infection that devoured his nose, lips, lower eyelids, and tear ducts, leaving behind a gaping hole. Abandoned at the hospital by his parents, he became a ward of New Jersey under the care of a state-employed surgeon who experimentally rebuilt his face.
Running from the Mirror is the poignant true story of one man’s struggle to survive against staggering odds and find his place in the world. Howard gives an unflinching account of growing up a bullied outcast, with no family to officially call his own. Living on the edge, he relies on little more than street smarts and grit to rise from dishwasher to successful entrepreneur. Along the way, a European actress, a schoolteacher, and a fiery Latina help transform his life.
Filled with heart-wrenching suffering as well as soul-lifting joy, this memoir is an unforgettable testament to the strength of the human spirit.

Author Bio:
Hi. I’m a Brit, living in Denver, Colorado now and happily married to a wonderful woman named JoAnn.
Writing is in my blood. My mother taught English, and my Dad was a veteran reporter for big London dailies, honored for “75 years of brave journalism” by the London Press Club shortly before his death. I wrote my first story in an old scrapbook as a child in London in the early days of the Blitz.
I’m author of 7 inspirational books and founder of www.TheHappySeeker.com, where I blog about finding happiness and aging well. I love painting pictures with words–letting my imagination roam until sooner or later a sentence emerges, then a paragraph, and finally, perhaps, a book.
Writing isn’t my only passion though. I’ve been on a spiritual journey ever since I was a teen-ager, drawn by an irresistible compulsion—very painful at times–to find greater meaning and purpose in life–the happiness and peace that I know is our birthright.
They say aging is a sad and sorry business, and of course it is, in a way. They say cancer is a sad and sorry business, too, and as a colon cancer survivor, of course it is. Yet here I am, in my 80’s–having experienced both of these events–and I can truthfully say I am happier now than I have ever been.
This is what I love to write about now: Facing our fears, finding solace in stillness, and listening to the voice of wisdom in our heart. To quote the timeless words of Psalm 46:10: “Be still and know that I am God.”

Writing Trash and Hunting Buffalo by Jay Williams
About Writing Trash and Hunting Buffalo by Jay Williams:
Tired of staring at those spread sheets and reports on your computer? Quick, while the boss gets coffee open that e-reader app and breeze through a few chapters of “Writing Trash and Hunting Buffalo.” Escape into the dream world of Hollywood and watch as the noted gossip columnist, Bart Bremmer, lashes out at the elite of Tinsel Town in article after article filled with biting gossip meant to bring the stars back to Earth. Bart is a walking contradiction though. A tall, good-looking, former paratrooper, he is nothing like the stereotype of a gossip columnist most of us imagine. However, just like his physical looks clash with people’s stereotypes, Bart’s inner soul becomes wrenched by the conflict between his Midwestern ideals and the lifestyles and ideals of the Left Coast that intrude on his life. For years he has survived this conflict. He has also persevered through the violent deaths of his parents and uncle; survived a VC bayonet that slashes through his chest; and experienced the ego-deflating realization that the people he writes about, who he sees as inferior, get all the attention and acclaim. In other words, Bart Bremmer is a powder keg about to explode.
Can Bart survive this constant struggle for his soul and the incessant barrage of corrupt lifestyles thrown at him from the Hollywood denizens? Buy a copy of “Writing Trash and Hunting Buffalo” and find out.
