***
A DEAD RED HEART (2nd in the Dead Red Mystery Series) When a troubled, homeless veteran covers her vintage Cadillac with paper snowflakes, Lalla decides a showdown is needed, but that doesn’t mean she wants the man to drop dead at her feet—with a pair of blue handled scissors sticking out of his chest.
***
A DEAD RED OLEANDER: (3rd in the Dead Red Mystery Series):Her beloved great aunt wants to barbecue dad’s side-kick, Bruce the goat, her man-hungry cousin has her sights set on her top pilot, and her new hire is really a CPA hiding from a vicious Las Vegas hitman. Then things really start to get messy.
**
Bonus Books: 2 in a Romantic Sailing Mystery Trilogy

***
HURRICANE HOLE:Marooned in Baja, Mexico, a Chechen arms dealer is waiting for the right diver to retrieve the deadly cargo on the bottom of the Sea of Cortez. But when the Queen of daytime drama, Leila Hunter Standiford, happens to admire a beautiful vintage Alden and its handsome captain, she doesn’t realize that the boat will soon burn to the water line, or that a dead body will be found below, or that the captain has been targeted as a sacrificial diver.
***See What Readers are saying:
A Dead Red Cadillac: “This book was an amazing fast paced read and had me hooked from chapter one! Lalla Bains, Ex Model and now Ag Pilot for her dad’s company is realistic, likable, strong, wise-cracking sleuth!” Holly Newhouse Guidry “LovesBooks”
***
A Dead Red Heart: “As suspect by suspect convinces you one way and then the other this highly intense mystery killing will keep you on the edge of your seat…Author R.P. Dahlke will skillfully toss you around like a rag doll with evidence hitting you on every turn.” Valerie Caraotta (TOP 1000 REVIEWER)
***
A Dead Red Oleander: “Janet Evanovich meets aero-ag pilots.” The Kindle Book Review
***
A Dangerous Harbor: “If you love the sea and pirates you will absolutely enjoy this tale. I read it in two days and it was full off seafaring adventure.” Meredith Stanfield
***
Hurricane Hole: “I’ve read every novel published by R.P. Dahlke. Although I have loved each one, I find “Hurricane Hole” to be the best one yet. I love the way the author made me feel like I was actually south of the border myself, living on a well-appointed sailboat. The details about the sailing world were engaging without being boring. The characters come to life, and not always the life you expect them to live. There was just enough romance to appeal to the softie in me, without over-shadowing the exciting – and intriguing – murder/suspense/thriller storyline: Gail M. Hall

Author Bio:
I write humorous mysteries about an annoyingly tenacious tall, blonde and beautiful, ex-model turned crop-duster who, to quote Lalla Bains, says: “I’ve been married so many times they oughta revoke my license.” I wanted to give readers a peek at a not so-perfect -life of a woman who is not afraid of chipping her manicure because she doesn’t have time for a manicure what with herding a bunch of recalcitrant pilots and juggling work orders just to keep her father’s flagging business alive.
Beginning with A Dead Red Alibi, Lalla and her family will reside in South East Arizona where she will divide her time between a fledgling P.I. business with cousin, Pearlie Bains, and volunteering as a team member with Cochise County Search and Rescue.

Biography for A Hurricane Hole and A Dangerous Harbor
These books are the result of my years sailing in Mexico with my husband aboard our cutter rigged Hylas 47 sailboat. Mexico is a culture that was, and still is, struggling to gain a foothold in the 21st Century. Starting with A Dangerous Harbor, and continuing with Hurricane Hole, these books are about Americans who’re here because they can’t seem to outrun the problems they so desperately want to leave behind.

Show Time by Phil Harvey

Starvation & freezing temperatures aren’t as deadly as profit-hungry producers and fellow competitors in this chilling and erotic depiction of the future of reality TV.
Future viewing audiences have become totally desensitized to violence and entirely dependent on sensation to escape their boring workaday lives—an addiction nurtured by the media with graphic portrayals of war and crime and with so-called reality programming. Now, TV execs in pursuit of the only things they care about—higher ratings and bigger paychecks—have created the ultimate reality show: Seven people, each bearing the scars of his or her past, are deposited on an island in the middle of Lake Superior. Given some bare necessities and the promise of $400,000 each if they can endure, the three women and four men risk death by starvation or freezing as the Great Lakes winter approaches. The island is wired for sound, and flying drones provide the video feed, so everything the contestants do and say is broadcast worldwide. Their seven-month ordeal is entirely unscripted, they can’t ask for help or they forfeit the prize, and as far as the network is concerned—the fewer survivors the better.
For fans of the chilling dystopian vision of Suzanne Collins’ Hunger Games, the social issues of oppressive government in George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four, and the accessible voice of Jonathan Franzen.

What hope do they have with the media hungering for a scandal?

Author Bio:
L. S. O’Dea sees things a bit differently than most people. This is probably a bi-product of being the youngest of seven children in a time when TV was only worth watching on Saturday mornings and there were no computers. Back then, kids had to amuse themselves and being five years younger than her closest sibling she was often the unwilling entertainment.
Since she was so much younger than her brothers and sisters, it was only reasonable that they knew how to do many things that she could not, such as read and write. One day, before she started kindergarten, she wanted to learn how to spell her name. Her mother was busy cooking or cleaning (she had seven children to care for), so her brothers were instructed to help their baby sister.
After she learned how to spell her first and middle name (Linda Sue), she raced into the kitchen to share this new knowledge with her mother. She was so proud, standing tall and reciting the letters of her name. L-E-M-O-N H-E-A-D.
Her mother was not happy with her brothers and stopped what she was doing to teach Linda the correct way to spell her name. L. S. still receives a box of Lemonhead candy every year for Christmas.
