Using hundreds of hours of interviews with LeQuire, that spanned nearly 4 years and 4 different prisons, as well as volumes of documentation, the author writes a compelling story that shows a man willing to risk his life for wealth, and a government equally willing to do anything to bring him down.

Richard Biggs lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, loves golf, reading, and his 8 grandchildren. He has published 3 books and has been featured in newspaper stories. In his former life, he worked as an as a research engineer in the space program, and was a program manager at the Y-12 National Security Complex. While he enjoyed his career, his first and greatest love has always been writing.
