Andrew Regin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, where he still lives with his wife, daughter and granddaughters. He has two dogs, two cats and a bearded dragon.

Andrew worked in construction until a spinal cord injury left him with partial paralysis. Unable to continue in that line of work, he began to write. In the beginning, Andrew wrote for himself. He had no intention of becoming an author, but writing was therapeutic.
