It is my story of struggling through divorce, depression, anorexia and addiction to adrenaline. He is a former Plant manager responsible for California operations of an international steel manufacturing facility. In this role, Ron was involved in numerous multi million dollar labor contract negotiations as well as the successful completion of several other important contracts. During his tenure in operations, Ron was certified as a Lean 6 Sigma black belt. He has continued in this role providing project leadership, training, and strategic consulting in a number of industries including manufacturing, logistics, food service, and health care.

In the area of leadership, Ron’s expertise includes win-win negotiation strategies, building leadership influence, effective communication, teambuilding, leadership development, employee coaching for improved performance, and supervisor and high potential development. Ron’s specialties also include technical training on lean manufacturing, 6 sigma green belt, corrective action systems and problem solving.

Ron has a bachelors degree in metallurgical engineering, a Masters of Science in leadership and organizational development, a Masters in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in organizational behavior and design. Ron is a certified black belt and is a certified and a trained leadership coach.

Ron recently published his first book: The First Questions: Coaching your way to business success (2014) and is in production of his second book on managerial communication effectiveness. This book will be published in Q3 2015.
