Immovable Heart Unstoppable Mind: A Personal Guide To The 6 Essential Practices For Living A Healthy And Fulfilling Life
About Immovable Heart Unstoppable Mind: A Personal Guide To The 6 Essential Practices For Living A Healthy And Fulfilling Life:
Immovable Heart, Unstoppable Mind is Zappasodi’s guide to holistic health of the mind, body and spirit. He presents six essential practices that must be applied if we’re to experience true health, and through practical exercises he helps you implement them in your daily life. Zappasodi does not promise fast results, but as any fad dieter knows, fast results rarely last. Instead, he teaches you how to approach diet and exercise with a new, process-centered mentality. The result is long-lasting health and fulfillment.
Experiencing success with our health goals does not occur when we fixate on something that we don’t have, and try to achieve it in the future. It occurs when we realize that the essence of our goal is already within us, and is to be cultivated in the present.

A Walk of Many Paths
This is the long walk one must when face with all the world has to throw at them. This is the voice for those who have none, to speak for the vulnerable and impressible children who were ignored and abused by the very system that swore to protect them. The darker elements of these poems is what happens when a flawed unaccountable child care system is allowed to continue its operation that is filled with incompetence, and ignorance. This is also for the children who died in such a terrible system.

Author Bio:
David Ferguson was born in 1995, in the small city of Maple Ridge and grew up mainly in Pitt Meadows, a neighboring town. He comes from a fairly poor background, as his parents are mentally ill and were unable to take appropriate care of him and his mentally ill brother. For this reason, David had been bounced around between various foster homes, before being left by the ministry of family and children development for 12 warping years in his parent’s unstable home. His schooling experience was mixed, but toward the latter years of high school in Pitt Meadows, he discovered an aptitude for writing excellent poetry, which mainly delved into the darker corners of his horrendous past. Currently he goes to Simon Fraser University, to everyone’s surprise too, because of his parents and is now studying History and German, for a Bachelor of Arts degree. He also participated well in a Poetry slam at SFU, winning the audience. This is his second publication.

“The Year of Wings” by Mark Barkley
About “The Year of Wings” by Mark Barkley:
On a distant planet far off into the future, there is a human colony twice removed from Earth with a country preparing for war.
Sabienn Feel is a military cadet being fast-tracked for promotion as their enigmatic head of state, The Great Leader, readies his armies for battle. Sabienn is a lying, thieving cheat but he is earmarked for greatness, despite his erratic attempts to shoot himself in the foot.
His world comes crashing down when one day he grows wings.
With the shock of the hideous on him, he now finds people viewing his once perfect body as something freakish. But not only that; people are now actively trying to kill him.
He also finds out that not only him but thousands of men his age have grown wings around the world.
With his wings comes an intuitive ability to pick up an object and see a history of someone who held it. This ability has not gone unnoticed by higher powers within the realm.
Subsequently he is issued with a Supreme Order, a compulsory command of The Great Leader to be undertaken for fear of eternal shame. His command is to kill a fellow cadet. He questions the reason for the command even though the man he is assigned to kill is someone he hates intensely. But the successful completion of the Order will bring him back into favor with The Great Leader, the man he worships and who will ensure his survival.

BINDING ARBITRATION by Elizabeth Marx
About BINDING ARBITRATION by Elizabeth Marx:
Through the corridors of the Windy City’s criminal courts, single mother Libby Tucker knows exactly how far she’ll go to save her cancer-stricken son’s life. The undefeated defense attorney is prepared to fight, but the cost of this victory requires revisiting old heartache.
Seven years ago, Libby had a one night stand with Aidan Palowski that ended in a pregnancy and him deserting her at their college graduation. Libby has worked her backside bare for everything she’s attained, while Aidan has been indulged since he landed in a pile of Gold Coast money. Libby fears asking Aidan to live up to his biological duty could jeopardize the only thing the jock worships: his celebrity baseball career. But when Aidan learns about his son’s desperate need, it pricks open the wound he’s carried since he abandoned Libby and the child.
All Libby needs is a little anonymous DNA, but Aidan wants to recapture all he lost the day he walked away from her. There’s more to settle between Aidan and Libby than heartache, redemption, and forgiveness because Libby might not be able to save her son without sacrificing her own heart.

Author Bio:
Windy City writer Elizabeth Marx brings cosmopolitan flair to her fiction, which is a blend of romance and fast-paced Chicago living with a sprinkle of magical realism. In her past incarnation she was an interior designer–not a decorator–which basically means she has a piece of paper to prove that she knows how to match and measure things and can miraculously make mundane pieces of furniture appear to be masterpieces. Elizabeth says being an interior designer is one part shrink, one part marriage counselor and one part artist, skills eerily similar to those employed in writing.
Elizabeth grew up in Illinois and has also lived in Texas and Florida. If she’s not pounding her head against the wall trying to get the words just right, you can find her at a softball field out in the boonies or sitting in the bleachers by a basketball court. Elizabeth resides with her husband, girls, and two cats who’ve spelled everyone into believing they’re really dogs.
Elizabeth has traveled extensively, but still says there’s no town like Chi-Town.

Florida Fiction Series by P.C.Zick
About Florida Fiction Series by P.C.Zick:
Three full-length novels filled with love, intrigue, murder, and mayhem in wild and wacky Florida
Tortoise Stew, Trails in the Sand, Native Lands follow the outrageous happenings in the Sunshine State when it comes to developing and destroying precious natural resources. Love and romance mingle with bits of environmental truths in these three contemporary novels.
˃˃˃ Tortoise Stew – Politics, murder, and chaos in rural Florida
“. . .a hugely entertaining book about local politics, corruption, environmentalist and journalism in a small fictitious town in Florida.” -Christoph Fischer Books
Often compared to the novels of Carl Hiassen, Tortoise Stew exposes the quest to destory the landscape of rural Florida. Small town politics take center stage in this novel about the development of Florida at any cost. Kelly Sands is a reporter covering some of the more controversial and contentious issues in the fictional north Florida town of Calloway. Dead armadillos and gopher tortoise carcasses are left as calling cards to those opposing the development as commission meetings erupt into all-out warfare. With the murder of one commissioner and the suicide of his wife, Kelly begins an investigation that threatens to topple the carefully laid plans of the developers and politicians to bring a movie studio and landing strip within the city limits of the small town. When a young girl is killed by a semi-truck from Monster Mart, the environmentalists become even more vocal against the developers’ plans. Chaos reigns as both sides raise voices and fists in one cacophonous uproar until saner heads bring justice to all.
˃˃˃ Trails in the Sand – Family secrets, an oil spill, and redemption
“Trails in the Sand is a southern drama on the scale of Anne Rivers Siddons.” Amazon review
When environmental writer Caroline Carlisle sets off to report on endangered sea turtles during the BP oil spill in 2010, the last thing she expects is to do is uncover family secrets. The long-kept secrets threaten to destroy her family, unless she can heal the hurts from a lifetime of lies.
To make matters worse, Caroline’s love for her late sister’s husband, Simon, creates an uproar in a southern family already set on a collision course with its past.
Trails in the Sand is set on Florida’s panhandle and the east coast near St. Augustine. Florida’s Panhandle beaches, including St. George Island, off the coast near Apalachicola in the Gulf of Mexico, are home to hundreds of sea turtle nests each summer. When the oil spill threatens to come ashore on Florida’s Panhandle beaches, conservationists and wildlife managers join together in an historic effort to save the sea turtle eggs by moving them across the state to Cape Canaveral. As the oil from BP’s oil spill continues to spew forth into the Gulf of Mexico, urgency to save Florida wildlife mounts. It’s in this atmosphere that Caroline discovers the truth about her family as she writes stories about the rescue of the eggs.
˃˃˃ Native Lands – Nature and love disrupted always find a way back
“Native Lands by P.C. Zick is a wonderful novel and a gripping thriller at the same time. Handling several plot lines and many characters with ease, Zick has a story rich in plot and full of fabulous characters.” Amazon review
When their environment is torn apart by a conglomerate of international interests, a tribe of native Floridians thought to be extinct rise up and form their own oddly matched conglomerate, and with the assistance of nature, attempt to halt the destruction of the natural world they treasure. Cultural boundaries established centuries ago are erased as love and nature seek the balance lost in the battle for power and control of the last of the Florida frontier.

P.C. Zick describes herself as “a storyteller no matter what I write.” And she writes in a variety of genres, including romance, contemporary fiction, and nonfiction. She’s won various awards for her essays, columns, editorials, articles, and fiction.
Many of her novels contain stories of Florida and its people and environment, which she credits as giving her a rich base for her storytelling. “Florida’s quirky and abundant wildlife – both human and animal – supply my fiction with tales almost too weird to be believable.”
Her fiction contains the elements most dear to her heart, ranging from love to the environment. All of her novels contain elements of romance with strong female characters and descriptive settings. She believes in living lightly upon this earth with love, laughter, and passion, and through her fiction she imparts this philosophy in an entertaining manner with an obvious love for her characters, plot, and themes.

Love Garage
Antony Love is the quintessential responsible oldest brother of a boisterous, Italian/Irish family, placed in charge at a young age by his parents who are busy running the family business. He manages his siblings with a fair but iron hand, until his life is shattered by personal tragedy leaving him the shell of the man he once was.
When outspoken matriarch Lindsay Halloran Love becomes ill, the youngest brother Aiden shows up at Antony’s garage, having dropped out of school (again), needing work and a place to crash. Antony provides both, with three caveats: “Don’t smoke in my truck, don’t be late for work, and don’t mess with my girlfriend.”
But Aiden Love, budding novelist, gets one glimpse of Rosalee Norris, young widow of Antony’s lifelong best friend and all bets are off.
Set in horse country near Lexington, Kentucky, The Love Brothers Series is a saga of family devotion that runs as wide and deep as the Ohio River–except on Sundays when brothers Antony, Kieran, Dominic and Aiden work out their frustrations on the basketball court, Love brother style.
The Love Brothers: A family saga with humor, heat and heart—not to mention beer, bourbon and basketball.

Amazon best-selling author, mom of three, Realtor, beer blogger, brewery marketing expert, and soccer fan, Liz Crowe is a Kentucky native and graduate of the University of Louisville currently living in Ann Arbor. She has decades of experience in sales and fund raising, plus an eight-year stint as a three-continent, ex-pat trailing spouse.
Her early forays into the publishing world led to a groundbreaking fiction hybrid, “Romance. Worth the Risk,” which has gained thousands of fans and followers interested less in the “HEA” and more in the “WHA” (“What Happens After?”).
With stories set in the not-so-common worlds of breweries, on the soccer pitch, in successful real estate offices and at times in exotic locales like Istanbul, Turkey, her books are unique and told with a fresh voice. The Liz Crowe backlist has something for any reader seeking complex storylines with humor and complete casts of characters that will delight, frustrate and linger in the imagination long after the book is finished.
Don’t ever ask her for anything “like a Budweiser” or risk bodily injury.
