Author Bio:
I’m a realist with little imagination—a handicap (or strength) that comes from my training (Ph. D., University of Illinois) and experience as a mental health researcher/evaluator and program developer. I’m also a flâneuse—a female observer-wanderer. So, I watch, observe, listen. And write.
But I’m also a sucker for happy endings. I find enough that depresses me about real life, but seek no catharsis by writing about it. For me, writing is escape, entertainment.
Instead of broad shoulders and heaving bosoms, I explore protagonists’ inner conflicts, insecurities, and struggles to grow. Jane Austen and Elizabeth Gaskell inspire me with their awesome feminist heroines.

End Game by Anne Marie Becker
About End Game by Anne Marie Becker:
It’s not whether you win or lose, it’s whether you survive.
Abby Rhodes learned early on that her gift could do more harm than good, so she stifled her psychic abilities for years. But in an unguarded moment, she touches an object connected to the murders of eleven girls and receives a message—one that could help capture a killer. When a twelfth victim goes missing, she must choose whether to trust her gift and risk everything, or stay silent and possibly jeopardize a young girl’s life.
Tech genius and ex-SEAL Andrew “Einstein” MacKenzie doubts the sexy yoga instructor with the soft smile can help find a killer who has eluded authorities for decades, but he’ll do anything to catch a break in this case—until he learns Abby’s methods have no basis in science. He prefers verified data and reliable statistics that fit neatly into his crime-solving algorithms. This woman, both his polar opposite and his perfect match, threatens to upend his carefully controlled world in every way.
Twenty years ago, the Charmer began his deadly game, killing beautiful young women to serve his needs. Now, the agents at SSAM are breathing down his neck. Determined to stay in control, he initiates a plan to destroy the agency—if they don’t find him first. It’s a race against the clock as Einstein and Abby hunt the ruthless serial killer, and the winner will take all.

Enchanted by Ella Summers
About Enchanted by Ella Summers:
Born in the land of magic, Ariella has never cared for the nightmare world of technology beyond Elitia’s borders: airships, bombs, some dubious thing the humans call fusion energy. Her last encounter with technology very nearly killed her, and she’s not eager for a rematch. But then her friend Davin, the crown prince of Elitia, is abducted by agents of the Avan Empire. To save the man she secretly loves, she has to travel beyond Elitia to the Avan capital city. Her only hope lies with rogue mercenary Everett—and trying to fight technology with magic.
Everett, mercenary and rescue mission expert extraordinaire, knows he’s in for trouble as soon as he sees his latest client. Ariella is Elition; the enormous glowing sword she carries around won’t let him forget that, just as he can’t forget the last time he crossed paths with Elition magic. Ten of his friends died, victims of telekinetic sorcery, and Everett learned to be very wary of magic. But Ariella is offering him a substantial reward for his help—if they can save Davin before the Avans’ unknown endgame plays out.

Author Bio:
Ella Summers has been writing stories for as long as she could read; she’s been coming up with tall tales even longer than that. One of her early year masterpieces was a story about a pigtailed princess and her dragon sidekick. Nowadays, she still writes fantasy. She likes books with layered plots, lots of action and adventure, and a touch of romance. When she is not busy writing or spending time with her two young children, she makes the world safe by fighting robots.
Originally from the U.S., Ella currently resides in Switzerland. She has a degree in creative writing (shh, don’t tell them she’s writing genre fiction). She is the author of Sorcery and Science, a fantasy adventure series set in a world splintered by magic and technology.

Darren Lewis was born in Cardiff in 1975 and now lives with his family in Norfolk. Although an avid reader of many genres it wasn’t until his daughter, Ellie aged 6, asked for a story of her own that inspired him to put pen to paper.
“Ellie and I would like to make up bedtime stories, mainly about a kangaroo that travelled the world and have adventures.”
These bedtime stories would lead to a first book in the trilogy. ‘Ellie and the Rabbits’ in which our young heroine meets a group of talking rabbits.
“My main goals were to induce a sense of wonder for my daughter, a sense of purpose and the importance of helping others.”
A short book of poems for children followed and the sequel ‘Ellie and the Dragon’ was published in August and the trilogy was completed and published in December 2013 in ‘Ellie and the Battle.’
The independent publishers Creativia added the books into their portfolio in early 2014 and published then as an omnibus edition entitled The Seren Trilogy.
The sequel series to the trilogy is now available, entitled the Baiulus Series. A set of five books that deals with the consequences of Ellie’s journey into the past.
When not writing Darren can be found walking the coastlines of Norfolk or painting and crafting with a particular fondness for steampunk, a subject he hopes to write about soon.

Author Bio:
Award winning author, Joe Klingler first thought about writing after reading The God Machine by Martin Caidin as a boy. The thrills painted by words competed with dreams of the future of digital computing. Computing won and he became an electrical engineer, pursued medical-imaging research, wrote papers, founded a software startup, received patents and design awards, which eventually lead him to Silicon Valley. However, he continued to be fascinated with the art of storytelling, particularly the interplay of people and the technology they build their lives around. His books are techno-thrillers that explore these questions while intertwining technology and his passions for music and motion.
Joe currently resides in California with an iMac and a handful of motorcycles.
