I hated English at school, and never actually read an entire novel until I was thirty-years-old, Robert A. Heinlein’s ‘Time enough for love’, now I always have a book on the go, sometimes three.
Although I have been a singer/song writer for many years, my novel writing didn’t come till late in life, with a prompt from my co-author Doug Goddard in 2002. Doug is dyslexic, he gives me a pencil sketch and I turn it into an oil painting. We have written and published two books from a series of four entitled The English Sombrero and are currently writing three more.
