A couple that were looking for a change from the city life. What was to follow they would have never imagined. Once they had moved to the new house, they had big plans of renovating the new place into a modern stylish country home. The couple had walked into the village and found a bargain in a local shop, a VR set which could be used to help design their new home. But once they brought the VR set home, they found strange happenings and visions going on. They realized they were not alone in this house and the move became a negative experience for the couple. They never imagined this would have happened to them as they didn’t believe in ghosts and ghouls. Once they sought out the help from a local medium they were shocked to find the most logical explanation isn’t always the correct one.

Author Bio:
Valerie Foster was a journalist, a field rife with constant pressures and deadlines. She has studied many forms of meditation, and a decade ago focused on insight mindfulness meditation, a practice that enters every facet of her daily life – both personal and professional. She wishes she had found this meditation style years ago, but because of mindfulness, doesn't look back and is just so thankful she has it now.

Bill Van Ollefen was a corporate executive, working around the globe, until a spinal cord injury caused the worst kind of neurological pain imaginable – the type that often leads to suicide, which he considered often. He turned to insight mindfulness meditation and the effects have been profound. As his practice deepened, his experience with pain evolved. His pain continues to increase, although today it does not rule his life, he doesn't suffer, and he is happy, thriving and looking forward to a long life.

Val and Bill own Pathway to Mindfulness and have helped hundreds of clients live happier, healthier, more focused lives. Both studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness, vipassana meditation at the University of Holistic Theology, and are certified meditation instructors, mindfulness life coaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) practitioners, CBT life coaches/anxiety specialty and mindfulness CBT practitioners.
