Having travelled from the moment He could get his own passport, Ambrose is probably what you would call an extreme traveller. If I would sum him up in a few words, it would be obsessive and a bit of a workaholic in what he has a passion for and certainly explains why he now writes about health and wellness.

During His life, Ambrose as journeyed to some of the most remotest corners of the planet and doing it in anyway other than flying. Organising expeditions and working as a tour guide and an overland driver just to fulfil an obsession of living and experiencing as much as possible.

Growing up in the Barnsbury part of Islington, London. Seeing only busy streets filled with traffic was the norm and never really knowing what life was like without the sound of police sirens disturbing the noise of honking horns and children upto mischief. He says back then though, there was real communities, where every knew everyone and joined together to make any excuse for a street party and get togethers.

The years past and Ambrose's life and experiences shaped him into a person who is dedicated towards his passions. One of those passions is to share knowledge of healthy living and wellness. With qualifications in Osteopathy, Cranial osteopathy, Kinesiology, Active balance and Energy healing to name just a few, there is 26 years of experience of learning of how to help people recover from trauma and fulfill better lifestyles under his belt.

The study of alternative medicine to help others wasn't intentional at the beginning. It started with another obsession of his, martial arts, and has been in his life for over 40 years. Ambrose loves to be as good as he can be, who don't!. So, to get better at the taijutsu he has practised, he went to study osteopathy at the Manchester metropolitan university for 3 years just to learn how the body moved and could be manipulated. It lead to him progressing from this study to find another path and grow not just as a martial artist but as a therapist. Ambrose has always said, it's also why I loves to travel because, when you travel you are always on the highest vibrational plane and more connected to everything than at any other time.

Ambrose is a person who loves what he does and lets it show as much as possible in his work.
