Used to cooking lunch and dinner every day, the fast-paced life in the US with having her own business and being a mom required certain adjustments. “I didn’t want to give up food made at home, so I had to get creative and make 10, 20 and 30 minute recipes or learn how to use the slow cooker and oven to create yummy dishes for the family while I still had time to run to business meetings and take care of my child”.

Having travelled to over a dozen countries, she developed a love for different flavors which is clear on some of the recipes that she mixed up with some distinctive Mediterranean flavors from her childhood.
