Astrid V.J. is a South African author and anthropologist now living in Sweden. She started writing novels aged twelve, but took a long time getting up the courage to actually share her work. Elisabeth and Edvard-The Siblings’ Tale duology is her first published work.

Bill Mathis is a preacher’s kid from a large family who grew up in a tiny town in Michigan. He spent over 40 years in the Chicago area working for the YMCA and in foster care.
