Gabriela Fišerová was born in České Budějovice, Czech Republic. She has been trying to master English since she was eight, mostly via video games and reading Supernatural fanfiction of questionable quality. It was said fanfiction that inspired her to try her own hand at writing once she realized her English was good enough to attempt that. Traverse Davies was raised by a pack of wild hippies, during the seventies and eighties when such creatures roamed the forests unfettered and free. He discovered a love of books at an early age, and that love has only grown over the years.
