Steve Doherty is an author, retired air force officer, a former engineer with Lucent Technologies, and a Black Belt Taekwondo instructor. He grew up in the small community of Muldoon, Texas. Steve obtained an undergraduate degree from Texas State University, a master’s degree from Chapman University, and completed post-graduate work at The Ohio State University. While in the air force he flew the T-29C, KC-135A and T-43A aircraft.
