On May 1st, my wife, Debbie
Carney, was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to her liver, lungs, and other areas. Since then, Debbie has undergone surgery to remove a mass from her colon and has been in and out of the ER and hospital. We’ve been doing all we can, but an error caused her social security and Medicare applications to be declined. We’re reapplying, but the support won’t be retroactive, and in the meantime, the medical bills are piling up.
To help us focus on Debbie’s treatment and recovery without the overwhelming burden of these expenses, we’ve set up a GoFundMe.
