A Bride for Harley – The Proxy Bride Series by Heidi Gray McGill
“A Bride for Harley” is available in Kindle Unlimited
“I would have preferred to choose my destiny rather than have it thrust upon me. I’m not sure what I wanted out of life, but it wasn’t being a proxy bride to a man I never desired to marry. While others flock to the west to hide their past sins and start a new life, I killed any hope for a new life and live in my transgressions.”
“My name is Mrs. Harrison. The story I am about to tell you is not my own. Neither is my past.”
Set in the wilds of Montana above the Yellowstone River in Assiniboine Indian territory, the realities of life in 1868 come alive in this sweet, heartwarming, coming-of-age story.

I started out writing screenplays because I loved the way movies could take you out of your own life for a little while and show you a different world. After my creations sat on a shelf for a few years just collecting dust, I decided to turn a few of them into novels that I could share with the world. Most of my books have a scifi element of some kind, I have my father to thank for that. He introduced me to Star Trek at a very young age and I was hooked.

A Quickening Wind
About A Quickening Wind
In a time before history — when Athens was only a little town and Rome not even a dream — a great civilization flourished on the island of Crete. With paved roads and indoor plumbing and a palace with a thousand rooms, the city of Knossos was the wonder of the world.
In a small mountain village, a girl called Lyssa is about to set off on an adventure that will take her to the center of Minoan civilization, the grand city of Knossos — in search of answers. Her best friend, a boy named Tak, has disappeared. She believes he is in Knossos.
But what she finds in the city is far more mysterious, far stranger than what she could’ve imagined. To find out the truth behind the messages she has received, the visions she has seen, she will have to go even deeper into the unknown, and take actions that could change the course of history.
A Quickening Wind is the first book of an epic historical fantasy, a thousand page adventure exploring themes of friendship, purpose, belonging and belief.

Plucked (Cultivating Midlife Magic) by Paula Lester and M.E. Harmon
About Plucked (Cultivating Midlife Magic) by Paula Lester and M.E. Harmon
Come Home NOW!
A three word text from my father sent me and my sisters scrambling for home. When we arrived he wasn’t there. Instead we found him at the home of the woman rumored to have been his secret lover for years.
Turned out, it wasn’t my dad or the mysterious widow who wrecked our lives that day. The cliched man in black did that. An hour later, my life shifted from being a semi-successful middle-aged artist with a decent (if not a little boring) boyfriend, to becoming law enforcement for the big, bad, and scary things that go bump in the night.
Did I mention I’m effin fifty?
I don’t like it and neither do my creaky knees. But there’s a bigger price to pay if I say no. So for now, I’ll play sheriff against supernatural baddies, deal with an injection of men into my life that make me go all tingly inside, manipulate monsters who delight in eating humans, wrangle rich paranormal one-percenters and—oh yeah, help solve the mystery of a party hostess gone missing.
As if I didn’t already have enough to do. I’m tired just thinking about it.
My name is Violet Bryson. I’ll do what’s right or die trying.
Unfortunately, dying is a real possibility.
Plucked is a paranormal women’s fiction adventure with plenty of suspense, mystery, and spicy time while showing midlife could be the beginning of a bigger, bolder story.

The Guardian
About The Guardian
Medusa vacays on the Italian Riviera to stop her best friend from destroying the world.
I’m staying off the coast on the Italian Riviera in Portofino. Have you ever been? It’s this gorgeous bay surrounded by rectangular red and yellow pastel buildings with swanky shops, restaurants and gorge trails.
Well, I don’t want to be here. And I really didn’t want my lover to join me. See, I came to protect my friend. The ancient Greek gods of Olympus claim Arachne holds the Scepter of Azure. The Scepter is a weapon that can freeze an entire city. Well, I don’t really care about the Scepter, I care about my friend. Of course, Arachne can hold her own. Don’t ever underestimate animals like spiders—or snakes, like me, for that matter.
The Guardian is a short story novella.
Medusa returns from My Evil Eye in this vacation urban fantasy novella. Although The Guardian is chronologically Book II in the Furies series, this book is a distinctive stand-alone that was written to be enjoyed without having read the first novel, My Evil Eye.

It has happened again.

When Daisy was young, before bitterness corrupted her mother’s soul, she asked, “How can we know for sure that Jesus was God’s son and that everything in the Bible is true?” Her mother responded, “There are many things we can’t prove, but we must choose to believe them anyway.”
But it has not been that simple.
As the tapestry of her life unravels in her mind, Daisy pulls out threads of pivotal relationships, traumatic losses, and historical tragedies that intermingle with current events.
