Yesterday I sent an email explaining our made up Holiday Weekend "Awesome Indie Author Weekend"! We got off to a great start but as usual Facebook is having issues with their groups and some post are not allowing links.

 

Thats not bad since some groups are missing years of post altogether. I guess we can consider ourselves lucky in that regard. Just more proof that you shouldn't rely on a social media platform for your author business.

 

I invited a bunch of authors and readers into the group so it should be filling up nicely by the weekend. I have already started post for authors to drop links to their newsletter list and social media. I will be adding new topics each day.
