Dr. Barry Nadel was born in Texas (July 11, 1953), and grew up in San Jose, California. He studied Archaeology and Anthropology and then switched to Enology and Viticulture, receiving his B. Sc. from UC Davis (1975) . He received his M.Sc. in grape genetics in 1977. . In 1976 he won the Winkler Scholarship from the Dept. of Viticulture and Enology.
That same summer he made aliyah to Israel to do his PhD in plant genetics at the Faculty of Agriculture, Hebrew University in Rehovot, which he received in 1981.
Dr. Nadel worked as a researcher in plant biotechnology and physiology for six years at the Faculty of Agriculture. He then founded his own small vegetable seed company for twenty-two years, responsible for plant breeding stock seed maintenance and seed production.
He served in the Army reserves for 13 years in the artillery. Later, he was a full-time volunteer for the Border Police, responsible for the security of Moshav Kfar Pines for 10 years.
In 2002 he remarried to Hadassah, from Manchester, England, the love of his life. She died in his arms on July 20, 2004, of cancer.
Dr. Nadel served as chief scientist for a consortium medicinal Cannabis responsible for tissue culture, Agro-technical research and plant breeding for two years.
Dr. Nadel has three daughters, one son and ten grandchildren (5 girls and 5 boys). He has been writing for over 40 years both scientific and non-fiction works. For the past 30 years, Dr. Nadel has been writing fiction.

Money: just can’t get enough! But are you sure you really know what money is?
Usually, we don’t. We just have a series of cliches that we repeat chasing this idea of wealth. One of the main reasons you’ll never reach it, along with freedom, happiness, and all those “good” things in life, is because your expectations are all wrong. If you keep charging a mirage oasis in the desert, chances are you’ll die of thirst, right?
That’s why I wrote this book.
We have to start right from the beginning and ask ourselves, what is money? What does being poor mean? What is wealth?
Then we have to look at how society teaches us to chase this dream. Spoiler alert: those teachings? Yeah, they don’t work!
After clearing our mental table we can start building our “true” wealth the right way, and guess what? Money will follow along. Money always finds a way to get to these types of thinkers.
Finally, I’ll tie everything together and spell out my practical (and never faulty :)) Simple Money Method. It’s very practical and it has never failed me.

Richard Barker – well this isn’t my name, pretty sure you got that. I chose not to reveal my true identity because books on this type of subject are too often overshadowed by their authors. If Steve Jobs said something, even the dumbest concept, many people would have blindly followed it just to try to be a bit more like him. The idea behind the book is to offer a model, a method that is the true protagonist, not the author writing about it.
