Author Bio:
Stephen Williams is a father of four, grandfather, strength coach, gym owner, self confessed health freak, personal development junkie and entrepreneur. Of Anglo-Saxon descent he was brought up in Jarrow on the Banks of the river Tyne not far from where the Venerable Bede resided. After being expelled from school at 15 because he wouldn’t comply, he was pushed into work at his father’s scaffolding company and a career in shipyards and the construction industry. He went on to teach scaffolding to young men at Newcastle College.

After encountering some life changing difficulties he found himself on the bottom and after deciding to overcome them he left the construction industry to study a multitude of subjects to help him grow and change his life. He went on to become a personal trainer, then a strength coach, then a gym owner, then a published author and now coaching men on how to believe in themselves, overcome adversity, build a life and become a better man in the process.
