Today is a Holiday here in the United States. It is President's Day. There use to be separate Holiday's for George Washington and Abraham Lincoln but they always fell on different days of the week.
By establishing one day
and making it a Monday more workers got a 3 day weekend. Oddly enough we have had 4 presidents born in February and none of their birthdays will ever fall on the day since their birthdays are either earlier in the month or later in the month.
With the news of former President Jimmy Carter going into home hospice this week is really good time to celebrate Presidents Day. Let's send some good vibes to him and his
family.
